Great probiotic
I’ve been taking this prebiotic for about a month now. I can honestly say that I have noticed a positive change in my gut health. I immediately notice that things are no as “regular” when I forget to take it. I will definitely continue to take it for the foreseeable future.

These are some of my favorite probiotics. I can’t really rate efficacty but whenever I take these, I feel so much better. I am less affected by IBS symptoms, my eczema disappears, and my skin feels better overall. I think this blend works great for me. I have success with most probiotics but I have an exceptionally good response to this brand.
