Easy to Use
Besides getting this plastic bottle opened to actually use it, this is a simple operation. I just tried a few problem spots, rough or bumpy or where the skin has sub-dermal oils. Application from the pump spout to my fingers and rubbing on those areas, maybe only for 5 minutes duration while I felt the difference. It was cool with some sense of activity, that being the mild acidic working. Then being careful of my eyes (because of the warnings on the label) washed-off with warm water and patted-dry with a clean towel. Those spots were then considerably more soft and appeared to also be a small shade lighter than the surrounding areas. Also where there had been some mild itching (possibly because of dryness) I felt none. Next I wait and observe for a while, but it looks good and the next step will be a full face wash (with a wash-cloth to avoid accidents) as well as other areas that may have been damaged in the past. This is an inexpensive solution after considering those alternatives available, and it may become a regular cleansing process, better than those soaps that dry or irritate, but still don’t work. I use lots of paints and chemicals, and get dust and abrasive particles on my mostly exposed face. This SA Cleanser might be exactly what I need to get rid of these foreign substances and prevent long-term damage.

A good, cheap option
Iâm not very skincare savvy, but as far as I can tell, this face wash works pretty well. I have oily skin thatâs prone to congestion, so salicylic acid wash is a safe bet. It definitely dries my skin, but once I apply a mattifying moisturizer, Iâm good to go. I wouldnât waste a ton of money on a name brand cleanser that does the same thing this one will. The ONLY thing I donât like is that theyâve recently changed the pump to one thatâs much harder to push down on.

Great product, but terrible container!
Product itself is GREAT. Cleans well and skin feels soft after use. Skin feels and looks better since using. HOWEVER…The dispenser is a huge problem. Took forever to free the pump to be able to use product. VERY DIFFICULT. Once opened, it takes considerable strength to push the pump to get any product out. Description says product is foaming. Foaming from dispenser or when applied to face? Does not foam from dispenser and very little foam when applied to face. Will have to pour product into a different container or find a pump to replace existing pump. Not sure if I will purchase again because of the container.

Finally, Real Relief for Keratosis Pilaris!
My daughter suffers from keratosis pilaris, and itâs really affected her confidence. She would wear long sleeves and pantsâeven in the middle of summerâjust to hide her skin. Weâve tried so many products over the years with little to no results.This is the first item that has truly made a difference. Quality and functional for my needs
My first time using a facial cleanser with salicylic acid. I wanted to give it a try for my nose only. Just amazing and not drying or irritating to my skin at all. Price point was also amazing for the bottle size. If this is a product you use or need then give this one a try as results for me are so far so good.

Bad pump
The formula is closer to Cerave than the Walmart dupe I tried. Price is good. Problem was the pump. It did not work. Took it out of bottle to try to fix it and a spring fell out. Guess that is why the pumps are awful, bad spring. I had to go find a pump bottle at Dollar Tree. No spare pumps I have at home would fit the bottle/neck of the Amazon face wash. The face wash itself is really good. I used Cerave SA for years but times are tough. This is a good substitute.

I do not use this for face or acne related issues instead it is used for my âstrawberryâ legs (KP). I am very pleased with how this product seems to reduce bumpy skin on legs.
