The name brand of this stuff is so expensive and this stuff works just as good! I can’t sleep without it and a bottle always lives on my nightstand. Definitely recommend if you need to get a really good nights sleep.

The stuff tastes terrible. I have to hold my nose and keep water nearby when I take it. But I wasn’t expecting it to taste great. However, it does work great, and my sleep has improved significantly, so I would recommend it for the price, especially.
