These are great! I can no longer take gelatin capsules, but I need a probiotic. These gummies taste great and work well. Itâs says to take two a day, but I only take one most days. They help with bloating and regularity.

I havenât finished the bottle yet but after just 2 weeks, these will stay part of my regular regimen. Iâve tried enough probiotics in my day to know what works and what doesnât. Not to sound gross (tmi) but we are reviewing a pre-pro-post-biotic here, ever hear of the term âperfect ð©â âclean wipeâ or âghost wipeâ? Well thatâs what Iâve experienced with these and thatâs pretty much all the proof needed to know theyâre working and doing their job in the digestive system. The fact they taste great and are like a little treat, is an added bonus. Amazing!

I was able to reduce my use of other gas reduction products with this product
They’re delicious and my use of a generic brand of Beano and Gas X has drastically decreased since I started using this product a few weeks before I wrote this product. Which is what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend someone try this product if they have after meal gas bubble accumulation like I do. I take 4 a day like the bottle recommends. The bottle recommends 2 daily servings of 2 gummies. I’ve done all four at once and 2 twice daily with no difference personally. But you should definitely follow the directions on the bottle. It is just easier for me to remember if I do them all at once.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The past year I have had issues with going to the restroom regularly and within the first week these have saved me. I did not feel bloated or have an upset stomach when starting and they started helping very quickly! Definitely worth the price. Taste and smell great. I only take one, donât believe I even need to take 2 a day with such success with just one daily. If youâre questioning if you need this I definitely recommend trying them! I will continue to order them every month.

Mixed review – acne issue?
These gummies taste nice and they seem to be making some changes to my digestion. The dosing is a little confusing to me, it says to take 2 gummies and to have 2 servings per day. Each serving is 2, so I take that to mean to have a total of 4 gummies per day. Which would be crazy because the bottle would only last 12.5 days. My bowels seem to be moving, which leads me to believe the product is working. I’m in my 40s and don’t generally have acne, but my chin has several currently and I can only attribute it to Align, since nothing else has changed. So, my review is mixed. I plan to finish the bottle (I’m on day 11) and probably purchase another similar product next time.
