Although I usually prefer gummies, this product has several of the most well known supplements that help to maintain eye health, especially Lutein and Zeaxanthin, the two that I am most familiar with. That is why I ordered this supplement, which comes in the form of easy to swallow capsules. They are made in the USA (Seattle), and according to information volunteered by the manufacturer, this product is manufactured in an USDA Organic-certified and cGMP-certified facility, in order to guarantee the highest component quality and product safety. The manufacturer also asserts that it monitors ALL ingredients from the source with third-party analyzed Certificates of Analysis (COA) that is (crucially) traceable to each bottle. This level of safety has become much more important to me as I now find myself frequently taking supplements whose provenance is unknown to me, and becoming more of a cause of concern. I applaud this level of safety. It bespeaks the highest quality.The daily suggested dosage is a single capsule that is quite easy to swallow. There are 60 capsules in each bottle, making this a 60 day supply. Because these capsules are a bit on the pricey side, the fact that each bottle contains a 60 day supply makes this product a good value for the money. The efficacy of this supplement will require a more lengthy trail period, but during the nearly week-long period of use, I have noticed a decrease in dry-eye symptoms, as well as a small improvement in vision clarity. I take this as a significant indication of product efficacy.
