To fill the bulb, all you need to do is to fill something (like a bowl) with the enema liquid, squeeze the bulb, then submerge it in the water, and release so the bulb sucks the water in
EASY TO USE: Separate rectal applicator syringe from bulb. Fill syringe bulb with enema solution and replace rectal applicator. Lubricate rectal applicator syringe using a water-soluble lubricant. Position yourself in the position you feel the most comfortable and gently insert rectal applicator into the rectum. Squeeze bulb gently to flush solution into bowel. Retain solution as long as possible before relaxing the muscles to release contents of bowel. Repeat process if necessary
Cleaning instructions: separate rectal applicator syringe from bulb. Wash both parts thoroughly in solution of water and disinfectant before initial use and after each subsequent use. Rinse thoroughly. Dry out of direct sunlight. Ensure all parts are dry before storing.

Leaks when used, total garbage
Don’t waste your money. Because the nozzle is made of the same flexible material that the bulb is, there’s no solid seal and it spills all over the floor. Total garbage that’s going in the trash. Thank god for Amazon support who were willing to refund the cost even though it’s non-returnable. Thumbs up for Amazon support, thumbs down for this product and the company that offers no way to get in contact with them.

Well this is slightly embarrassing ð³I bought this to clean my dogâs mouth.My dog is a large bread with a sloppy mouth. When my dog eats most of the time food would be left between the cheeks and gums. My dog had tooth surgery and the gum was getting infected. Was advised by vet to use a syringe but this works much better.Could also be used to clean your vagina or anal passage. My dog is now looking at me strangely! ð¶ Good luck

Good size and very comfortable to use. The fact that it has been designed with comfort in mind is a big win, as the nozzle has slight divest to make it easier to use. The bulb has a large enough entrance to easily fill with water and also clean. it doesn’t have any kind of smell like a lot of other rubbery products of this kind which was great. The nozzle also detaches and fits within itself making it easy and discreet to store away.
