I appreciate the completeness of the formula that includes iron and just about every other common vitamin and essential mineral.The pills are an unpleasant color with an unpleasant taste if not swallowed quickly. Donât let them linger on your tongue and youâll be fine. Theyâre also rather large and wonât be the easiest swallow for some people.On the plus side, the online price is about half – thatâs right, half! – of what they want in store. Unbelievable.
