Fits our device perfectly and works exactly like the original charger.
Always important to make sure these things match the specs of the original, and in our case it does. This is a perfect replacement for our lost charger. Build quality seems every bit as good as the original and the cord seems to be even longer (based on memory since you know, we lost the original…).

Didn’t work on our device
We lost our original charger and I called Sharper Image and they didn’t even have any ability for me to purchase a new charger, regardless of cost. Luckily I found this one online and it matched the specs of the device to be charged exactly. Unfortunately when it came in, it didn’t charge the device at all. I don’t think our massage device is broken because it was working right up until we lost the charger and eventually ran the battery down. I’m rating a 3 because it didn’t work for me, but can’t be 100% certain it is due to any issue particularly with the charger cord being reviewed here so not going to rate any lower.
