INSTANT RESULTS!!
**UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER**Iâve taken 2 gummies every day for the last year, and although I raved about them initially with the instant nail growth (which still holds true), Iâve noticed ZERO improvement in my hair and skin. The nails do grow VERY quickly with these, but theyâre not stronger nor more resistant to breaking. Iâm parting company with these supplements for now and switching to a liquid formula to see if that yields better results.ORIGINAL REVIEW;Iâve been taking these gummies for two weeks. Within the first few days, I noticed the INSTANT growth of my nails. Iâve had to file them down every other day, no exaggeration. Theyâve also become harder and stopped peeling and breaking in these dry, cold winter months. Although Iâm not necessarily concerned with my nail growth, Iâm extremely impressed with the instant results and this is proof that these gummies do work. Iâm looking forward to seeing what they will do for my skin and hair with a little more time.The gummies have a nice light strawberry flavor, although they do get a little harder to chew as the bottle goes down and theyâre exposed to more air. This isnât a bother for me, personally, due to the fact that theyâre completely vegan and natural. Not Much Difference after 3 months but great customer service
I tried these gummies for 3 months and haven’t noticed any positive effects besides my nails growing faster. I will say the taste of the gummies is quite yummy. I started to develop nausea and this was the only difference in my diet that changed, so be wary of the side effects of sea moss.Update 1.1.25- After my review, the seller reached out for a refund. Although these may not have worked out for me, everyone’s body can react differently. It’s worth giving it a shot and I appreciate the attentiveness to even offering a refund.

These taste great and I am not a gummy person. Iâve noticed stronger fingernails after continued use. You may find that they clump together after opening the container, and might consider tossing in a food grade silica pack. Love these things! Itâs almost a sin theyâre so tasty like candy, wish I could have more than 2 a day! But Iâve noticed my nails growing, looking forward to seeing full results after a few more weeks. Iâll have to buy more since I gave my other bottle to my mom for both of us to try. Definitely will keep buying if I see some good results, so far so yum tho!!Only negative is I wish the bears werenât stuck together, itâs hard to get them apart and i have to use a fork to tear and get them out of the bottle, itâs not too much of a hassle. If anything it helps me so I donât over indulge lol.

Holy grail for nail health???
I love these things. I took two a day for like a month until I finished them, exactly as directed. As you can see from the picture, I saw massive improvements in my nail health. I think everything else improved as well however itâs harder to tell because thereâs other confounding factors when talking about skin or hair. However for nails, I didnât do anything different, other than take these gummies. Definitely will be continuing supplementing with this. However going forward, I think taking 1 gummy a day would be good for maintenance. No noticeable negative side effects. They also taste great.

I’m currently on my 3rd bottle. The taste of these gummies is amazing, my nails seem to be longer and stronger, and my hair is in better condition. I cannot be 100% certain that these little gummies are the reason, but I like to think they are helping the cause.

I like this product because it’s easy to chew I can’t take pills I tried another brand and they were chewy as heck I could not even cut it with a knife these are great if you have problems with pills very soft easy to chew, don’t know about the potency yet it’s my second order but sometimes it takes a while for it to be effective

Nothing special
I came across a collagen supplement in TJ Maxx that I decided to try and it did wonderful things for my skin! I haven’t been able to find that supplement since so I’ve been trying a bunch of different collagen and biotin supplements. I’ve been trying this one for about a month and a half now, and I haven’t noticed any improvement whatsoever. It might be good, it just doesn’t seem to work for me.
