Great coverage!
I do love the coverage. I don’t love the transfer. This will get on your hats, hair scarves or brushes since it is a crayon type wax. It does shampoo out easily. This does cover gray very well and helps keep flyaway hairs down. May give an oily look if you use too much so use sparingly.

Useful temporary quick fix
I got this for a temporary solution to touch up new growth before I am able to color my hair. This comb hair dye (Safe and Convenient Comb Hair Dye, Waterproof and Sweat-Proof Hair Dye Comb, 2 in 1 Instant Dye for Women & Men, Pack of 2 (Black+Dark-Brown)) works fine for my intended use. I like the 2 pk with different colors. My hair is naturally black but I tend to dye it dark brown. I have about 30% grey and it shows more around my face than on other parts of my head. I’m including before and after pics.This comb hair dye is easy to use, you just turn the bottom to move the creamy dye up and then you just comb it through areas that need some color. It sort of remind me of the texture in stick deodorant. It can be messy to use as the color never sets, it just covers the white hairs with a creamy paste of color. You have to remember to not run your fingers through your hair. If you run a paper towel over the area you “colored”, it will show a lot of transfer. I would definitely not sleep with it on my hair as the color will transfer easily, use a towel on your pillow if you can’t wash it out that same night. I didn’t find any irritation from using it.It does comb through and makes the hair shiny looking. I ended up using some powdered color pigments to dust over the area so it isn’t as shiny. I only used it at the roots for the new growth and only around the area framing my face. Overall, it did what I wanted on a very temporary basis. You can see in the pictures the day and night difference of using this hair dye comb on my hair. It didn’t take long to comb through, it took longer to wash away the transfer on my hands than it was to comb it through. I like it but it is messy. I’m glad I was able to get this two pack with two different colors to try out, I don’t plan on using it on any regular basis, just when I have to go out before I’m able to color my new growth.

Great quick fix for gray coverage
I got this set and split it with my MIL, giving her the dark brown while I kept the black. I love how well it covers my grays, especially for those last-minute outings when I donât have time to do a full hair color. The comb applicator makes it easy to use, and the coverage looks natural.Since itâs oil based, I did notice it can transfer a bit if I touch my hair while getting ready, so Iâve learned to apply it as the very last step before heading out. Once Iâm out and about, Iâve never had an issue with smudging. Itâs a convenient, effective touch up solution.

It does leave stain on light colored cloth or pillow cases specially if it’s white,not happy about it

tl;dr- easy to use but never sets so my hands were dirty all day
I’m not really a fan of this as it never really sets.I LOVE how easy it is to use but I do wish that it would set as every time I touched my head I have a brown/black mess on my hands. So it covers my grays really well and it is easy to put in my hair and it is really easy to use as well. So I like that BUT I do not like my dirty hands or having to remember to not touch my hair. -_-That’s why I could not give it 5 stars as it is just too messy. Now if they could it to set, this will be 5 star item.

Easy peasy
Convenient two and one hair color stick that is safe inconvenient. It has a comb along with the hair dye and supposedly waterproof and sweat proof, which would make it great for me as I go work outside and go to the gym and it would be embarrassing if it were to run. Great quality, product and ingredients for great value in price. Super easy to use and go! Great for travel or gym bag.
