The honest unbiased review I highly suggest reading before taking this probiotic!
I have researched and experimented in gut health and probiotics for hundreds of hours. This is one of the best probiotics I found on the market however.. This probiotic is not for everyone, and not for the dose suggested for everybody. If you have had a cycle of antibiotics, years of bad diet, chronic stress, etc then you probably have really low healthy bacteria. This will be a great option for you as it has diverse strains, 51Bill CFU’s, prebiotics, and will survive stomach acid. This will build up your healthy gut flora very quickly! However, I don’t recommend taking this more than 2-3 months as it could start to have adverse effects at this potency. Trust me I know…If you already have a relatively healthy gut microbiome I would suggest taking this consistently for about a week then cut back to every other day, or every few days until you complete the bottle. Then every so often as needed. As like I said this is very potent and introducing trillions of bacteria consecutively will cause issues you’re trying to fix in the first place. For me, I took this probiotic for 2 weeks straight, and when I continued my stomach issues got worse! So I cut back to taking it every other day, and then switched to a few times a week. I completed the bottle and didn’t buy it again. I instead went and bought a high quality yet lower potentcy(CFU’s) probiotic and started using that for maintenance and I have had no issues. In fact I have seen a multitude of amazing benefits to my health. After a few more months I will stop taking probiotic supplements and just get probiotics from fermented foods, and only take them periodically as needed. But everyone is different, listen to your body, and do what is good for you. But your gut contains about 100 trillion good bacteria so if you took this every day for years you would be severely overpopulating your gut and I have seen numerous evidence of long term use of high potency probiotics have bad to really bad effects. So this is a great probiotic to get alot of good bacteria in your body quickly, but not ideal for “maintaining” a healthy gut IMO. I hope this unbiased review helps some of you, as there is a lot of fake reviews, or companies giving incentives for them. There is also alot of people who don’t understand what they are even taking. Then they complain of side effects that is their own fault for not taking something correctly, or doing it effeciently.

Easy on the Stomach
I’ve tried a LOT of different probiotics. I’ve settled on this one as the best so far. It’s easy to take, easy to swallow. It has prebiotics, as well, which seems to be the latest and greatest thing you need to take for good digestion. Other brands have upset my stomach, causing bloat. These do not, which is fantastic. They are a bit pricey, which is the only downside, but the reality is that most are pretty expensive. I like that I can get them on auto order so they just show up when I need them. Overall, worth the try.

I think a good product but if you have histamine problems I would not recommend, thru my system into full blown histamine reaction

11 probiotic strains and over 50 billion live CFUs!
A probiotic product that I used for years was recently discontinued so I needed to find a replacement product. I did a significant amount of research to find a suitable replacement and came across 1MD Nutrition Complete Probiotics. I caught my attention because the probiotic strains are very similar to the product that I had used successfully in the past. I like the fact that there are more than 50 billion live CFU strains representing 11 strains, many similar to the product I’ve successfully used in the past. I am looking forward to very positive results from this product.
