Wallow in your childhood trauma
Were you, like so many others, deeply traumatized by being forced to take cough syrup for a cold as a child? Do the memories of that awful taste haunt your waking hours even years later? Do you get a sweaty mouth anytime you smell someone elseâs cherry flavored treats?If so, then this conditioner is not for you. It has the single most overpowering scent I have ever smelt from a hair product â maraschino cherries. The smell will permeate your entire bathroom as you shower and will LAST on your hair all day. My towel smelled like it, my shirt smelled like it, and every time the wind blew, I caught another goosebump inducing whiff.The nausea from the cherry cough syrup smell aside, this conditioner is WONDERFUL. My hair feels silky, smooth, and hydrated. It isnât heavy â my hair air dried quicker than normal, with minimal tangling. I feel that the price is great for the quality of the product. I would happily continue using this conditioner if not for the smell.Do you like cherry scents? Do you have a masochistic need to wallow in memories of childhood illness? Are you completely nose blind? Then ABSOLUTELY get this conditioner â it works amazingly.But if youâre like meâ¦maaaaaybe try another product from Acureâs line.

Great clean conditioner option
Love this conditioner! My daughter and I both use it and it makes our hair so soft and helps with frizz. Makes my daughters wavy hair so manageable – no more fighting over knots! Also love that itâs made with clean ingredients so I can trust that Iâm not exposing her to unnecessary chemicals.

After working some of this conditioner into my hair with water and leaving it on my hair for 15 minutes before washing it out, it does a great job making my hair soft and full of moisture!

I wanted this because its low tox but I needed a lot to use on my hair and the smell was somewhat chemically smelling even with it being low tox.

Dieser Conditioner ist nur etwas für extrem trockene Haare – ich habe sehr dicke Haare die auch trocken sind, aber das Produkt ist zu reichhaltig und lässt sich schwer wieder auswaschen.Ich habe keinen wirklichen Pflegeeffekt gehabt, die Haare wurden nur erschwert.

Oh my hair is just a tragic frazzled mess but with this product it not only smells like marzipan but it helps my hair naturally curl easier.I don’t even know at this point with how many products I’ve tried but this works. Naturally drying my hair leaves nice and happy wavy curls and I just feel like this suits my hair perfectly.Pretty much this review will go onto the other product.The only thing I’m concerned about is I thought this was purely natural but there’s about 50 ingredients with super long names and no description of what they do in particular like on some products.I’m trying to steer as clear as possible from chemicals and sulfates and the nasties most typical brands use that wreck your hair and leave you needing to buy 17 other products to fix the issues they caused.Otherwise though? If you don’t care about those parts go wild! It’s a great product 🙂

It takes time to foam and didn’t like the smell at all. It did make the ends feel better a bit but the roots are getting oily pretty fast. It didn’t suit me at all
