FANTASTIC TASTE THAT DOES CALM!
This drink powder has a lovely taste and mixes easily in semi cold water. There is a calming effect that remains throughout the day! The price is high, but if having the calming effect is what you are seeking, please try this product. Also has a pretty pinkish color after mixing! Half way through using this powder, a tiny packet dropped out as I was scooping, is possibly included to keep moisture out of the container? Is very tiny, so watch for it, so it can be disposed of safely, and not end up in your drink, or elsewhere. Highly recommend this calming powder. Using it consistently each morning, has the added benefit of continued calm that is lasting! No drowsy feeling at all, and focusing on tasks is also not an issue.

Good flavor, effects not quite noticeable
The lavender lemonade flavor is actually pretty enjoyable. Itâs subtle, not too sweet, and has a nice herbal note that makes it different from most drink mixes. Iâve been using it for a little while now, but I canât say Iâve noticed any major calming effects. Maybe it helps a little, but itâs not something that immediately makes a difference for me.I do have some questions about the quality of the ingredients. While the formula includes some well-known calming supplements like GABA and ashwagandha, I couldnât find any independent third-party testing to verify purity or potency. Thatâs something I always look for when trying out new supplements, especially ones meant to impact mood and relaxation.Overall, itâs a pleasant drink mix that tastes good and might help with winding down, but Iâm not completely sold on its effectiveness or the transparency of its sourcing.

Delicious
Holy delicious. Iâve already reordered this. I love how it tastes. Itâs a lavender vanilla flavor and itâs divine. Have been doing magnesium mocktails at night for a couple years now and this is hands down my favorite and Iâve tried a bunch of them. Does need to be mixed well and leaves residue in my glass but Iâm ok with that.

It has a pleasant taste. The container is big enough to hold the scoop but deceiving for the contents.Iâm all about the ashwaganda and lavender for calming effects. My current circumstances may be too great for this supplement. But it does have promise.

Living in New York City I am constantly stressed out. Iâve been taking lavender supplements for a while, and this calming aid has absolutely added to the effects that lavender supplies. And I love the taste.

Disappointing that instead of individually listing each ingredient and the amount they are grouped together as blends and lists a total amount of the blend. It does have ingredients that are supposed to help with sleep and relaxation though. The flavor is ok; it does have a lavender lemonade flavor to it. Annoyance is that it does not mix will and has particles that do not dissolve. Pricey and would not get again as there are better options out there.
