Works as it should
Easy to set up(even without instructions-I didn’t get any),no ticking or ding noise for the timer, mag lamp works great, takes about 6 minutes for the water to heat up and steam to come out. Some reviews say the steam arm doesn’t move, mine is stiff but moves up and down just fine. The lamp arms moves perfect as well…just have to loosen the screw which also helps extend the life of the arm.The only thing I have noticed is the high frequency does need to be turned up higher than I expected and it does get loud. Overall I am extremely happy with it and highly recommend.

This is a great investment.
I love every feature on this steamer. I love that It is very quiet.This steamer Quality is built very good so you know it will last for a long time. I love the size of it. You could store it in the in the corner and it wonât get in your way and it also helps that it has wheels. The money is worth spent on it. The steam output is great and is very relaxing to clients. I also like the magnifying glass and the light on it helps to see in the pores of the skin .

Not the greatest choice
No instructions or care information. Easy to put together. Steam arm is very stiff and after months of use is even stiffer. The light does not stay in place. Falls open when not in use and will not adjust to hold position. Steamer takes 10-15 minutes to heat and now blows the socket when turned on. The heat element has a crack and there is no customer service to use to fined a replacement unit. This unit did not meet use expectations and does not have value for the price.

I bought this steamer for my facial clients. All I needed was the steam, high frequency and the light. All work perfectly fine. My only complaint is that the mag lamp arm rotates weird and sometimes gets in the way of the steamer valve but I learn to finagle it in a way that works. Overall great value for the price!

Well, itâs been a year and my steamer is running great. I had some trouble keeping the magnifying light in place so I took it off and purchased an arc light and magnifying glasses. Then on the arm I put my LED light panel.

I was scared at first because It didnât have too many reviews, and I had bad experiences before with steamers, but I took the risk considering that they were all good reviews. It is the best one I had so far, everything works perfectly fine , VERY sturdy, really good value for the price , AND it was delivered in only 1 day.

The light on a magnifier does not work and I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me.
I bought this product for my wife at December it is now the end of January she has literally used it a handful of times. When we first got it home the light on the magnifier was flickering on and off then it came on and seem to be okay. Now the light is completely out. I have tried to find a replacement they are all out of stock. I have tried to reach out to the company no one is answering. I tried to do a return through Amazon and swap it out for a new product there was an issue. And now I’m past the date where I can return it. Please do not buy this product the lack of support is terrible. The directions to put it together were incomplete luckily I’m a handy person. The customer support is awful. And now we are rigging up a new light so that we can use this product until a completely fails. The steamer part seems to be great it is just the light ring that is malfunctioning.
