Nice enough but not adjustable
This was the first lip specific derma roller Iâve used. Iâd only used the stamp style before this one. I decided to try it on my lips first, then went rogue and did my whole face.This device is small and easy to hold. You can load serum in its compartment and then it drips down onto the derma wheel. I put serum directly on my skin before derma rolling and then again afterwards.It was easy to roll it over my skin.I do not like that the pin height is not adjustable..youâre stuck with the set pins that it comes with.Iâm used to being able to adjust the height of my derma stamp, so that took some getting used to.The pin height was fine. It didnât hurt to apply on my lips or the rest of my face. I just added less pressure in areas I wanted to go easy on.I was apprehensive about using this on my lips, as I expected it to hurt.. since Iâd be applying what looks like a medieval torture device to my sensitive lip skin. It really did not hurt though.The product itself feels solid in construction. Iâm not sure how many times youâre supposed to use this, but it seems like it would hold up in line with other devices like this. I think the pins can microscopically deform with use, so I donât plan to use this single device more than a couple times.After rolling my face peels like 2-3 days later. After the peel completes my skin is glowing.This works fine and Iâd use it again.

Works good for skincare facial hair
My husband uses these derma rollers with hair growth oils to help grow in a thicker, fuller set of facial hair. I like that this device allows you to put your oils or other skin/hair care products inside of the reservoir so you can use your product and the device at the same time. Do make sure to keep the device clean, and thoroughly clean your skin before using it. It is essentially poking tiny holes in your skin with the sharp needles, so there is risk for infections or breakouts if you have sensitive skin or donât clean thoroughly before and after each use.

Pretty good roller
This is a pretty good derma roller. I would have liked to have seen some adujustability though. I would have also liked to have longer bristles.That said, it does what it says it does, it’s a good quality derma roller for a good price.

Does not quite dispense well
The roller is easy to use but you have to consider that it has to be very sanitary as you are puncturing your skin. The needles are sharp and fine enough. However, it does not seem ideal to be having a reservoir for serums as you can only put a very thin serum in and it does dot dispense smoothly. After that you have to make sure the reservoir is very clean before storing. It is probably better and more sanitary if you just use the serum on your face and roll rather than putting it in the reservoir.

Unique, love the way it works.
I really enjoyed this item. It has some convenient features like being able to use the serum that’s dispensed inside of it as it rolls along. Very unique and absolutely cool. Worked wonderfully on the face. Didn’t have any issues with it. Overall, it’s a very practical solution that I will be using frequently as part of my daily routine.

Perfect size
This product is a convenient travel size and is easy to use and store. It works well on your lips but can be a bit uncomfortable on more sensitive areas of the face like around the nose and eyes if you press too hard. I donât know that it has helped with fine lines and wrinkles but it gives you a facial experience at home which I enjoy!
