Love This!!
This product WORKS!! I had gastric bypass surgery and 3 months later my hair started falling out. I have naturally thick hair to begin with, but the surgery took a toll on it. I started taking this product in the Vegan formula 7 months postop and saw results within 2 months. I take the Vegan formula due to a mammalian allergy and have done great with it. Since starting this I have LOTS of new-growth on my scalp and I’m having to shave my legs every other day.

OK, nutrafol really does workâ¦but comes along with a caveat!Be prepared for the hair ALL over your body to grow in thicker and faster! Itâs not the biggest deal in the world, but I need to shave every single day now instead of every other day⦠The hair on my legs is the most annoying and under the arms as well of course, I live in Florida and these areas are almost constantly exposed, especially over the summer months. Keeping an electric razor ready and charged at all times is important!All in all, Iâm really happy with how the hair on my head is growing in thicker, fuller, and faster! So I guess itâs worth it⦠I just may have to consider laser hair removal on other parts of my body now! (Lol!)Also, one last note, I decided to take the vegan formula, even though I am not vegan⦠It does not contain biotin like the original supplement does. I have no breakouts and no side effects from it. I definitely recommend the vegan version if you are worried about breaking out! Iâve been taking this now for almost 5 months in total, and I am happy with the results – except for the other parts of my body!

THIS CAN CAUSE PTC/IIH!!!
Last year, I was diagnosed with a condition called Pseudotumor Cerebrei (or Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension) after taking a prescription acne medication. This condition causes a buildup of spinal fluid in the skull and can lead to 24/7 migraines, tinnitus, dizzy spells, stroke-like episodes, and temporary or permanent loss of vision. After a ten month stint on diamox (medication used to relieve PTC symptoms, the first of only two non-invasive options for treatment) and vigorous diet and exercise (the second of only two non-invasive options for treatment), I was finally symptom free.Then, I took Nutrafol.Basically, about a month after I stopped my course of PTC medication, my hair started shedding like it never had before. My doctor didn’t think it was concerning enough to do anything about but recommend I sleep more, Rogaine wasn’t working, Ketaconazole wasn’t working. So I decided to turn to this multivitamin- a decision which I am sorely regretting now.Apparently, high levels of vitamin A can also cause this illness. All it took was two days of taking Nutrafol (I stopped after that) for me to be nearly right back where I was symptom-wise a year ago. And in case you’re wondering- yes, my doctor did confirm that prolonged high levels of vitamin A could cause PTC/IIH in someone who had never been exposed to it before. I just happened to already have had it so I was likely more sensitive to Nutrafol’s negative effects.This isn’t to say it’s Nutrafol’s fault necessarily, but people (and especially women) between the ages of 16 and 45 should be more aware of this truly awful illness that can develop as a result of these skin/hair care products that are being promoted to us for ridiculous profit.Also this product just really didn’t work for me- I basically paid EIGHTY EIGHT WHOLE DOLLARS to keep losing my hair and send my body into relapse, so I feel I retain the right to a one star review since I probably won’t be able to get my money back.

Nauseated
These made me throw up. I took some yesterday and they didn’t fully break down. Today i threw up actually a few mins ago all 4 that i took yesterday. Yes, they were not even half way dissolved. 1 came up and i couldn’t figure out what it was since i hadn’t ate nothing today. A few mins later i threw up the rest and realized it was these pills. The capsule was somewhat dissolved with the powder still in them. I swear it looked like i threw up miniature turds. I ordered 3 thinking the nausea would not be an issue since they’re vegan. The taste is better than the non vegan even though i try to avoid the taste and they don’t smell as bad. The size is much smaller which i appreciate. I’m on my 2nd bottle so no update on efficacy just yet. I will update my star rating and review after i’m finished with all bottles. I’ll be breaking my dosage down to 2 instead of 4. There’s something in these that causes nausea and should be removed. The ingredients in these can certainly be purchased for less than what’s being charged here but…there’s a but. To be continued….UPDATE: Throwing up happened only 1 time. I’ve continued but with 2 vs 4 per day. I can take 2 without food, will update again.

What a pathetic experience, I was so looking forward to start on these meds but as soon as I received the parcel to my shock it was a dirty looking bottle and as I opened the lid itâs seal was broken that meant it was already opened and there were missing capsules as the bottle was around half filled . The bottle mentioned 120 capsules but for sure half of them were already missing. Such a costly product and the wait was not definitely worth the experience .
