This is the Cadillac, so to speak, of omega 3 fish oil supplements. It is the one my doctor recommends. It is the only brand I will use, mainly because I have never experienced any side effects. When I am getting low, I order more!

Decent taste, quality Omega-3 Fish Oil
This is probably one of the best Omega-3’s you can find in the market. Thankfully, after taking it daily for a few months, I have not experienced any strange side effects, such as diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, etc. I generally will take it after eating breakfast and that’s worked well for me. It’s a reasonable size and I’ll drink about a glass of water when I take it. I have noticed some improvements in my mood and energy levels, so in that sense, you could argue it’s effective. Also, it doesn’t have too much of a “fishy” taste as some other Omega-3 pills I have taken.

I’ve bee taking a statin for years, with no side effects. As I had high cholesterol , even though my cholesterol is good,I still try & eat right. Eggs or Oatmeal with blueberries.every morning with some fruit. We love Salmon several times a week, all sorts of vegies, fruits & salad, Avacados, oranges , grapes, cherries & many different nuts. We’ve been trying Plant based Frozen Desserts in the icecream area, some have ccoconut milk etc. l ike to cook healthy & my husband helps & does the dishes.So it isn’t true to eat whatever you want, on statins.We started changing how we ate in our 40’s, we had a Goldwing & we loved riding in a group being gone for over a week or more. So when they make a pit stop for gas, or stop to eat it was buffets, or fast food. You sure start gaining weight, then when you back home they go for pie runs or Culvers. I told my husband no more for me eating like that. I went to weight watchers at work, saw a dietican Started cooking healthier.We always take Carlsons Fish oil & other supplements with our daily vitamins. I wish I would of known all of this sooner.Yes today we both look alot younger than people our age.I love Yoga & I’ve been doing it for years. There should be a warning on thebottle’s label that this product is not compatible with certain blood pressure medication especially beta blockers.I wasn’t happy that the supplement caused problems with Metoprolol my blood pressure medication and I had to stop taking the supplement. An expensive purchase.
