Works very well.
Fast and easy to use.For accurate readings, it is important to hold you hand (palm up) in the position shown on the diagram (at heart level). Also, the down arrow does not seem to mean move the band further down on your wrist. It means change the angle between your wrist and your body. That is, bend/raise/lower your elbow to be sure the bottom of the monitor is at about the same height as your heart. If the monitor is not at heart level you will get an error or a widely inaccurate reading (off my as mush as 10-15 points).My one disappointment is in the display of historical data.

Easy use and accurate readings
Very easy for anyone to use. BP readings are comparable to manual BP cuff and Stethoscope. I do like that it keeps BP and pulse readings, with date and time, for an ongoing record for two people.

Seems to work well
I’ve only had it for 2 days, but it seems to be accurate and is easy to use.It does work a little slower than the one I had before this; but hey! what’s the hurry?

Pleased with purchase
I bought this for my mother in law who was staying with us while she recovered from a heart procedure. Once instructed how to use, she can do this herself. She’s 92! She was a bit confused bc she has to hold the doctor’s unit up to her heart. You dont have to do that with this unit. We found by placing a folded bath on my sofas armrest and laying her arm on the towel, it was just enough lift to align her arm with her heart. The digital read out helps you find the right spot by showing up or down arrows. The Memory button is great bc it provides an average reading of the last 3. The directions could be clearer tho. My MIL got a few super high readings, likely bc she didn’t have the cuff on properly. This scared her. I would make her take the entire thing off and put on again and try again. The directions should note that as to not terrify older patients

Terribly Inaccurate and Unreliable
I had high hopes for this monitor, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The readings are wildly inconsistentâone minute my blood pressure is normal, and five minutes later itâs reading dangerously high, even when Iâm sitting still. I tested it against my doctorâs monitor and the numbers were way off every time. The cuff is uncomfortable and slips constantly, and the screen is hard to read unless you hold it at the perfect angle. Donât waste your moneyâthis device is more stress-inducing than helpful.

Shuts off, not accurate
This is a decent machine for home use. But it is not always accurate. It is sometimes temperamental and shuts off. Not sure why. Can be frustrating because you have to keep trying and retrying over and over before it will finally give a reading. Then the reading isn’t always very accurate. But it is decent enough to get an idea of what the bp is. Would choose a different one next time.
