the goods took a long time to arrive
shipping took longer than iâd hoped, but in the end, it was totally worth it. after just a few nights, i started falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. no grogginess in the morning, which was a big surprise for me. the capsules are easy to take and donât make me feel weird or drowsy the next day. iâve also felt more emotionally balanced and less stressed, which has been a huge plus. this is just my personal experience thoughâeveryoneâs body is different, so results might vary. but for me, itâs made a real difference, and iâll definitely keep using it.

Good night time chill out supplement
Iâd rate these ok â They donât knock me out, but do relax me a bit. Slows down my brain some. Serving size is 2. Capsules are semi large Iâd say. Put a quarter in photo for size reference. No bad smell or off putting taste. I like that they include several supplements/vitamins into 1 pill rather than having to take several of each. Overall a decent product.

Helps Me Relax and Sleep Better
I’ve been using Sleep mood for a few weeks now, and Iâm very happy with the results. I feel like I fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling more refreshed, without that heavy, groggy feeling. I appreciate that the capsules are easy to take and donât upset my stomach. Itâs also nice to know that it supports my overall mood and well-being. Iâve tried other sleep aids before, but I like that this one feels gentle and non-habit forming. Definitely a great addition to my nightly routine!

I can’t really tell you if these ðð¿.ð£ð¶ð¹ð¹ð²ð¿ ð¦ð¹ð²ð²ð½ & ð ð¼ð¼ð± | ð¦ð¹ð²ð²ð½ ð¦ðð½ð½ð¼ð¿ð ð¦ðð½ð½ð¹ð²ðºð²ð»ð (ðððð: ð0ð5ðð9ðð8) really boost energy or improve my sleep or mood, because I haven’t noticed that when taking them for several days now.What I can tell you is that they’re a large off-white capsule, you take 2/day, so this is a 30 day supply, and it is supposed to benefit you in every way. I can’t seem to necessarily tell the benefits, but I haven’t seen any downsides, either. Perhaps it has improved my sleep, slightly, but again, hard to quantify, and that’s just for me.So, pretty on the fence here, but they don’t seem to hurt anything, and are cheap enough. I’ll keep trying them and update here if I come up with anything more definitive.

Impressive blend
This product is like the Hall of Fame of sleep-promoting/supporting ingredients. With things like lemon balm , GABA, melatonin, valerian root, magnesium & 5 HTP. Iâve tried most of these ingredients for sleep in the past with mixed results, but this particular blend seems to get it just right. After using this, I find that I wake up feeling more rested and rejuvenated with no drowsiness. What a treat to find a product that has so many ingredients in the right strength that works for me.

I didnât stay asleep tho, as I woke up a few hours later and didnât want to take another dose. However, I do have a very hard time sleeping and these may work better for you. You take 2 capsules which are fairly easy to swallow, so 60 would last 30 days. I had no ill effects from taking them. Good value if they work for you.
