I was having trouble remembering those 6 digit security codes they send you every time you try to sign into something. I also have advanced neuropathy in my arms and legs. I seemed to be having short term memory issues and I felt I was in a brain fog most of the time. I heard about Lions Mane and started researching this mushroom and decided to give it a try for both the memory and nerve damage. I also spent the time researching the different manufactures and their processes of producing this supplement. Freshcap ended up being my choice because they had verifiable process for making their supplement powder that had potency, no fillers and was clean without contaminants. They also supply a great guide to many other mushrooms and openly explain their process for making their product. After using this product for about a week I notice a difference and it has only continued to get better since. I have purchase this product every other month since for the past 9 months. I am on a tight budget but this product is a game changer and worth every penny. It is not the cheapest but in my opinion is one of the best. I no longer have brain fog, I can think clearly, my short term memory is back to normal, and my mental abilities seem heightened and my nerve pain is less noticeable. Calm product is amazing. It calms and gives me a good sleep. I am very relaxed. Only drawback is the pill is too big to swallow. That’s why I had to take 1 star.

Better sleep quality
Freshcap Sleep is one of the best sleep support supplements Ive tried. I’ve been taking it for over a month and it has increased the quality and duration of my sleep. I rest without nearly as many interruptions and I wake up feeling rested. I used to take dyphenhydramine or melatonin every night, but after awhile it does nothing. This supplement works much better for me for sleep than any other I’ve tried.

I have not tried these yet but it does not say anywhere on the physical bottle about how many MG in a pill the ad says 14,000 but i will let you all know about any âChangesâ, if any

Definitely recommend
I am seven weeks postpartum and Iâve been taking this for a few weeks now and have definitely seen improvement. My mommy brain isnât really there anymore. Iâm able to remember things and the names of things a lot better than before I started taking this. I take it with my morning coffee and I just feel so much more energized and that says a lot considering I have a newborn. Canât really speak on sleep, considering I have a newborn, but I definitely think I can fall asleep a lot easier than before and sleep deeply for the few hours that I get. I will continue buying this product and recommending it 10 out of 10.
