Good Battery Life & Heat
I’ve seen a few reviews saying the battery life isn’t good. One said “it lasts 25-30 minutes.” But I don’t think people realize that it automatically shuts off after half an hour. Those poor people are assuming the battery ran out, when all they actually need to do is turn it on again…Battery lasts me about 4 hours on the highest settings for both heat and massage. Every time I feel the vibrations stop, I just press the buttons to turn the heat and massage on again. Imo, it’s a minor inconvenience. Also, turning it on is silent with no annoying beeps, so I don’t mind at all.Then you need to recharge for about an hour, and you will have enough battery for 4 more hours of use. Not bad. If an hour without it is unbearable, you can always get 2 and rotate between them.Highest heat level is very hot, nearly scalding, which I like. Really sinks in and eases cramps. Massage function really seems to help with pain too- I think it’s probably overriding the pain sensation with the sensory input of vibration pulses. Whatever the explanation, it helps for sure.No beeps, like I said, but vibration of massage is audible if you’re going to try to use in an office. Although, one of the massage settings is just a continuous vibration (no pulses or variation, just a uniform hum) which is fairly discreet. If your office has an AC running or anything, you could likely use that setting and no one would notice.Uses USB C to charge, same as most android phones, cable included.Love that I can wear this under a big comfy hoodie and wander around to get a snack or make some tea rather than being tethered by a cord.Overall, would recommend 10/10 for pain relief, heat, battery-to-charge time ratio, and convenience.

God send product! I do not know how I lived without.
I actually bought this for a camping trip in which I thought I was going to have issues staying warm. My idea was that if I put this in my sleeping bag it would warm me up and keep me cozy! Well first, it did just that, kept me warm and comfortable the whole 3 day trip with charge! On top of that, I got my aunt flow unexpectedly, and this thing came through for me when I wasnât prepared. My cramps were bad but this seriously helped immensely and the massage function was great. It heats up fast and keeps the heat for 30 minutes and then you can choose to turn it back on if you prefer. This product saved me on my trip, and now Iâm attached to it and use it daily! I seriously feel every woman should have one!

I have advanced endometriosis and here is what I like and dislike about this product.
1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy.2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone.3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad.4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing.5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life.6. The massage feature isn’t a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud.7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isn’t long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, I’m not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. And hour-two hours is probably decent in the relative sense.

Great little device for pain relief
This was my first time trying any kind of electronic device for menstrual relief, and I didn’t know what to expect, but this one works really great!! I typically use it at its lowest capacity so the battery lasts a bit longer, and it has been surprisingly effective. I rarely use it at the maximum capacity, but even when I have to, it still lasts long enough and recharges fast. I’ve even used it when I had a muscle spasm, and it helped with the pain. I love that it has both vibrating and heating functions, and you can turn on both or just one. It’s small enough to take it on a trip, nicely designed, and for something this inexpensive, the materials feel rather durable.

Small yet mighty heated massager. It’s been 2 years since I’ve had this massager and it’s still works like it did on day one. I use this occasionally when i suffer from back pain, and it helps. The heating element has 3 heat strengths. The lowest setting still packs a good heat. The massaging setting also has 3 options and varies in intensity and modes. It isn’t bulky so you can travel with it and throw it in your bag. The charge time is sufficient. I got the blue one and looks cute. The belt can be adjusted to your size and can be worn over clothes.

Pretty good for the price
Wanted to come back and update, I purchased this back in 2022. It works pretty good, battery life is decent, feels short if you have long days, would normally die around noon turning it on at 8. It still works the battery just doesnât last longer than my cramps. I definitely recommend but the plastic can be clunky and in the way. Also the vibrate button on this device has put me in many awkward positions when I throw my bag down and the vibrate setting turns on lol

My wife loved the unit… until it broke after the battery was used up.Unfortunately, this item could not be returned but after a call to the manufacture, we got our money back. My wife bought it again, so far so good… although I don’t have a lot of confidence in it working for a long time. :(.

I needed a heat pack for bad period pains and a friend recommended this. This is by far the best $50 Iâve ever spent. No more waking up in pain and having to go to the microwave to heat up a heat pack. Just put this on and press the button while still in bed. What a godsend. And works perfectly.
