Great help for digestive issues
My adult son has some digestive issues from time to time to where he canât eat much. I ordered this probiotic for him recently and he said within 24 hours it made a tremendous difference. Itâs the only thing that really seems to help. Weâve previously gotten it from a local health food store but since we couldnât get there, we decided to try ordering the Now brand on Amazon which was delivered the same day and worked just as well as the local brand heâs used in the past.

Great for Thailand and general gut health
I bought these under advisement from a travel person for my Thailand trip. I took these a few days before, one each day while in Thailand and now I take these everyday as they are great for my plumbing. When in Thailand I ate some incredible food in some unusual places and had no issues. However, I would drop deuces a couple times a day and not sure if it’s from these pills or eating a lot of food or both, but I felt great my entire trip. I gotta believe it was because of these pills. It’s been a few months since I’ve been back and I take one of these each day and my bowel movements have been very productive. Glad I bought these – my gut thanks you.

For cat with IBS
On the advice of my vet, I bought these Saccharomyces boulardii capsules for my cat, who was just diagnosed with IBS. We struggled for many months to come up with foods she would eat, that wouldn’t cause her more distress.After much trial and error we found a grain-free canned diet that she really likes and eats readily. Once she had been eating the new canned diet consistently for a few weeks, and we were seeing good improvement in her symptoms, I started mixing into her food one capsule a day (divided across three meals) of this S. boulardii probiotic.Apparently this probiotic has no taste or smell as she never seemed to notice the addition. She has been on both the diet and this probiotic for two months and she’s doing great. Her coat is soft and glossy, her eyes are bright, and she is playful again.Would she do just fine on the grain-free diet alone, without this probiotic? It’s possible, it could be just a grain allergy. But since this is not prohibitively expensive, and it’s certainly not hurting her, I’m going to continue with it – I’m not willing to take her off of it in order to find out.

I read on some travel blogs that these capsules were great for preventing travelers sickness, especially in countries across Southeast Asia where visitors can’t drink the water and eating too much street food is ill advised.I took one capsule a day for 3 days prior to my trip, and at least one capsule every day (taking an additional capsule before or after eating “street food”, or otherwise meals that were not served at my hotel).I traveled to five countries across Southeast Asia and made it home safely without experiencing “Bali Belly”, “Bangkok Belly”, “Singapore Stomachache” or any of the other catchy names for gastrointestinal woes that I was warned about before my trip.In addition to exercising discernment in what you eat while traveling, as well as avoiding tap water (even for brushing your teeth) when traveling abroad, these probiotic capsules are great in helping to prevent or mitigate “travelers illness”.

Bought these after hearing it could reduce food cravings and bloating if youâre an ADHDer who finds yourself mindlessly snacking or unable to quell the thoughts of food. It may be placebo, but Iâve been doing this stuff for a week and I think I feel better. It definitely has helped with keeping bathroom time regular and much more comfortable at least!
