Great to help with shift work
I work a job that has me flipping my sleep schedule every four weeks. This is really helpful in the beginning of each transition to help me get to sleep. I try not to use it every night because I donât want to become too reliant on melatonin (though I really like how this only has 3mg of it, instead of 5+ like a lot of other sleep supplements do). I use it for the first couple of nights Iâm switching, or any night that I feel like I need a really good nights sleep. It tastes fantastic too.

Iâve tried a million different supplements and remedies for sleep aid but they all end up building up a tolerance to where I end up taking a lot more than the recommended dose. Iâve been using this for a few months and still only need a single scoop to fall asleep. Absolutely love this stuff!!

Changed my sleep
I honestly thought I had good sleep to begin with â I had dreams here and there, would usually wake up rested, but this changed the game for me. I wake up completely refreshed and have needed less sleep than normal, but the quality is so much better. Iâm sleeping through the night undisturbed, full length and very vivid dreams (which is a marker of very deep sleep), and am regularly waking up before my alarm with a very smooth feeling of waking up. I used to wake up in a panic, but after using Rawâs sleep supplement I sleep and wake like a baby. Incredible product. Iâve been recommending it to anyone who mentions they have poor sleep.

Been using this for weeks. Take it like itâs recommended, 30-60 mins before bed time. You will start to feel sleepy and then next thing you know youâre sleeping like a baby! Will be in my bedtime routine for life!
