Iâve used this drill for 2 years & 2 months in salon for gel removal during pedicures & at home for nails. Iâve never had trouble with it until I kept getting the pen cord tangled in my bag, so now it has a short in the cord (my fault).Battery-long lasting; Speed-mainly use under 20 (goes up to 35rpm); easy to switch bits (locks in place); runs smoothly when on; Low noise; no harsh vibrations. Only negative-the plastic pen holder broke off soon after getting it; again, was my fault due to improper transport. Overall: Definitely recommend!

Great machine! She has a high torque, so should generally be used at a lower speed. Noticed comments about the machine stalling â typically a machine stalls when too much pressure is being applied and/or bit is being used at an improper angle. To counteract this, increase your speed, reduce your pressure and ensure you are using your bit parallel to the nail. This is true for any machine. Enjoyed Melody Susieâs customer service when I dropped my handpiece and broke a bit off in the chuck. The handpiece has a nice weight to it, feels comfortable in the hand. They sent me a replacement gratis. Would recommend and will buy Melody Susie again.

Bad product & customer service
Like other reviews here, this nail drill stops spinning excessively and runs again on its own fresh out of the box. Absolutely garbage product. Listen to the motor in the video.I emailed MelodySusie customer service, and they replied fast and offered me a replacement; however, they never sent the replacement and started ghosting all my emails.I chose MelodySusie over others because I read positive reviews about their customer service so I trusted and went with this company. But after how this situation is handled made me reconsider. My multiple emails were ignored for days and it was not even weekend, leaving me helpless with a defective product. Their website claims: “Once we get your email, we will be back to you within 24 hours.”I tried to return it on Amazon but I needed to ship it back on my own which will cost me $20-30 from my current location.At this point, I thought they blocked my email so I tried to reach MelodySusie via online form on their website, and they finally replied and gave me a refund.I wasted so much of my time on this garbage product trying to get a hold of them. Their customer service made everything seem great with fast initial response offering a replacement, but they were very hard to reach after that point, and I wouldn’t want to buy anything MelodySusie and risk having problems with the product again in the long run and get neglected again.

Wow just wow. I am a beginner nail tech and this nail drill makes everything so easy. Itâs compact yet so powerful. The charge lasts long itâs cordless meaning you donât have to have it plugged into the wall to use, itâs rechargeable which makes it sooooo easy to use any where. You itâs very quiet which I love and the attachments it comes with are amazing, my favorite is the round bit that cleans up the cuticles sooooo good. Over all amazing I love this drill so much. And you will too!

The drill skips
I really wanted to love this drill. Iâm a big melody suzie fan. The last portable drill I had finally started to kick the bucket after several years of use. I figured because this was the same brand, it would carry similar quality, if not better since the specs and cost on this one were more hefty than that of my last one of the same brand. Regardless of RPM, this drill skips and stops spinning excessively. When it randomly decides to start spinning again it takes flesh with it if youâre not careful. This creates safety concerns Iâm not thrilled about. The battery life of it is also not great- itâs not bad, but my last drill I only had to charge every couple months, this one I have to charge and the end of the day- this isnât a huge deal, but it is inconvenient.

I shouldn’t return the nail polisher I bought before (another model).I should just change a pen. I received the new one today, and the texture is really not as good as that I bought before. However, this model of pen is easier to use than the last one, and it is more comfortable to hold, and the lock is very easy to operate. I hope it won’t be bad again.
