So I’m on Day 2 ( although I took Thursday night).Listen this 15-day cleanse will get you moving. It is something that you have to have the latitude to allow it to work. Meaning, it will kick in whenever. With that being said within 5 mins of your body’s notification, it’s time to go. No I don’t need 20 mins. Sorry this is so personal, but I believe that if you usually take 10-15 mins you still may. For me nope in and out quickly. Without high fiber in my diet I will not go as I should. This right here, is the business. It will keep you cleaned out. I would highly suggest that you skip a day in between if it’s too harsh for you. The ACV with glucosamine should work wonders for processing carbs and your metabolism as well as PH balancing your blood against inflamation. All good stuff in this set. Watch your body and only do as much as you can tolerate. Meaning skip days if needed, 15 days would be great BUT it’s not happening here. It may be 20 days or more. Once done I will cool down for 30 days then do again. Someone said this was a laxative, but it’s not. Natural herbs are meant to help your system function effectively. Drink that WATER increase by 100%. Yes I recommend! I’ll update after I complete this set. Tip: A healthy diet go a long way to it’s effectiveness. 🙂

The 15 day cleanse is a beast itself ! I take 2 before bedtime ! And I donât use the bathroom till about 12noon . Now I wouldnât recommend this if youâre working daily .. The other pills you suppose take 1 tablet with a meal but I honestly feel like eating healthy working out the cleanse is all you need . However the water weight pill is beneficial if you drink a lot of water like me . Overall great product . I havenât seen my weight due to me not having a scale but I did measure my waist and I start at 40 Iâll come back next week with an updated review 🙂

Worst detox/diet experience I have ever had – thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic
This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think âTomorrow has to be betterâ. But itâs not. Itâs just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. Thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic!

Brown-Out
While I have only just started this, I just want to point out that if you decide to take the “15 day cleanse” pills when you go to bed at say, 9pm, you will absolutely will absolutely wake up at 4AM and have to sit on the can. You will then get up and assume you are done, but you are not. maybe grab a bottle of water really quick and something to read.you’re basically signing up for an hour of dumps. I’m kind of grateful I didn’t eat a lot yesterday, and when I say there was a lot, there was a lot. I’m talking a pile encroaching up and over the water.I’m not sure if the best idea will be to take these in the morning and expect expulsion at 2pm, or if I put up with the wake up calls, or just not bother with taking these specifically. And really, in hindsight I don’t think its that good of an idea to take what is essentially a laxative for 2 weeks straight. You do not want your bowels to get used to…blowouts as it can affect your normal regularity.

Great other than the cleanse
Only 4 stars because the cleanse portion was rough and very disruptive. I was hoping it would be like I read in some reviews where you wake up early and suffer with diarrhea for 20 minutes once but it wasnât like that for me. I was having to go 4-5 times a day for like 10 minutes at a time. I just canât work like that. I stopped those but have continued the water and detox, 1 of each every day with lunch. Iâm down 5 pounds in 4 days! I have increased my water intake and noticed Iâm not snacking. No bad effects so far from the 2 Iâm taking. Iâm going to continue taking them.

Honest review: I started my cleanse on 07/14 itâs exactly 5 days. My weight started off at 208 and I am now 198. That shocked me. They really work and I can definitely see a difference in my body. No bloating water weight gone, tummy feels flatter and I feel good just in general. However, make sure you drink lots of water and electrolytes, workout and eat healthy that is part of it too! And make sure you have access to the nearest restrooms because YOU WILL HAVE TO GO!!!! ððð
