Life changing!
I live in FL and have struggled with POTS symptoms and low BP.I love that it’s high enough salt I don’t need to double the packets.The packets are small and don’t get ruined in my bag if I have water in my pack.The difference I feel is incredible and i think they taste great.Definitely start with citrus or watermelon. Big fan of orange salt too.This stuff is perfect and I ended up ordering bulk through them.

Excellent quality, high price
This is my favorite brand of electrolytes. Watermelon is one of my favorite flavors. I like the spicy ones better. Just my preference. This brand is expensive, but I am happy with it. I tend to stretch mine out into two bottles of water. It dissolves quickly. Do not get the plane. I did not like that. I did not like the chocolate flavor either grapefruit is another favorite of mine. I do have a subscription. Our Spa customers like them too.

One of the best electrolyte packets on the market
These little packets are great. Definitely a salty flavor, but when replacing electrolytes from exercise or just sweat they do their job with minimal carbs. Their size helps for carrying on a long run if you have water sources along the route. Citrus is my favorite flavor and orange is my next favorite. Would recommend, especially if you need to minimize your carb intake.

I really like this stuff. I am on a keto diet and started suffering from painful charlie-horses. Whether the addition of this stopped that or not, I don’t know, but they stopped! I mix this with Crystal Light lemonade. I actually like it.

I love the taste of this electrolyte powder! I tried the variety pack, and the citrus was my favorite. I like that the packaging is small and is easy to take along when traveling or in a sports bag.

LMNT was happy to make this right. They sent the replacement of the two incorrectly labeled Raspberry Salt boxes with the correctly labeled Citrus Salt boxes. Intending to be a man of my word, in return for making this right, I am following up with making this post. I appreciate a company that will take ownership of a mistake and correct it; I followed their example.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These things are salllllllllty. Seem to hydrate. probably should just eat a spoon full of table salt to get the same effect.
