I’m obsessed with these earplugs. I’m a night shifter and a side sleeper and I sleep so good with these! Foam earplugs stuck out and rubbed in my ear and made my ear canal raw after just a couple nights. These fit really comfortably, and let me sleep on my side easily, and don’t fall out. They block out enough noise to stop the insanity of waking up to others in the house while I’m sleeping during the day, but I still hear loud noises that need to be heard (for example loud knocking on my door after I had turned off my alarm and fallen back asleep when expecting someone). I’m still deciding if I like the xs vs small sizes, but seriously love the fact that there are smaller options.

These guys are 5 star IF you know what you’re getting. They do not block out sound like a typical foam earplug, they attenuate sound somewhat evenly across the spectrum. That’s what makes them special – most earplugs cut some frequency ranges more than others (typically highs), where these aim to have a more balanced, full spectrum effect. That makes them great for concerts or other loud environments where you want to hear everything, just at a lower volume. They would not be good for shooting.I found them soft, comfortable, and they made a good seal in my ear. The little case is handy for travel. The Loops don’t replace my high Db blocking earplugs, but are ingenious for another use! I’m glad this product exists!

Great for back sleeping, but not so much for side sleeping: the quiet 2 loop ear plugs being pressed against the pillow, which causes some uncomfortable pressure on the ear canals. What i like most about this loop: my partner’s thundering snores becoming somewhat muted; i can still hear his snoring thunders but somehow they dont bother me as much and this greatly helps a good and uninterrupted sleep! It is also great for meditation! Still like that i can still hear the muted outside noises and the earplugs do not completely block all external noises – just in case there is any danger!
