Tengo una lesión en el cuello por un accidente automovilÃstico, lo cuál, ocasiona que los nervios de mi cuello se tensen muy seguido y haya dolor, también es muy común que me duela el mervio ciatico.Ãste artÃculo me ha ayudado para esas dos cosas… una posición y me da presión en la nuca para reducir la tensión en los nervios, la otra posición me ayuda al estiramiento y puedo sentir el nervios ciatico estirarse… un tiempo después, se reducen los dolores!! A bit uncomfortable at first, but worth it
Iâve been dealing with neck issues that make it hard to sleep, so I decided to give this a try. The first time I used it, my neck was a bit sore afterward, but after that, it really started helping. I was surprised that it also relieved tension in my shoulders and upper back. You can definitely feel it stretching the muscles in your neck and shoulders. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each time, and itâs made a noticeable difference.

Good productâ¦.but not âSame Day Deliveryâ
This product is well made and easy to use. After using it once, the tension in my neck became less intense which made me happy. When I ordered it showed âsame day deliveryâ which is one of the reasons I chose the product but that was not the case. so I was a little disappointed about that.

No more morning headaches and shoulder pain!
I bought this item in 2023. This has been the best thing for my headaches and neck and shoulder pain. I sleep on my side, almost like in fetal position with my shoulders hunched up to my ears. I know, it sounds strange, and Iâve tried to consciously change how I sleep, but I always seem to wake up in the same position. However, every morning I wake up with a headache and stiff shoulders and neck. Within 15 minutes of laying on this neck pillow, my headache is gone as well as the stiffness and shoulder pain. Highly recommend!

Be careful!!
I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15″. Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the “Epley maneuver.” Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

I highly recomond this to the people who are suffering with neck, shoulder pain.I am writing this review almost after more then 6 month of use… Place it properly under your neck and lay down still for 10 min…you will surly go to sleep and after 3 to 5 dua you will feel that you have less pain now
