I have a vitamin D deficiency and after taking these for a few months my blood work showed improvement. They work when taken correctly. Chew them completely before swallowing, and take them regularly. Theyâre a fat soluble vitamin, so I take them with food for better absorption.Iâve ordered these multiple times & will continue to. They taste, smell, and feel like regular gummies. Theyâre not sticky or stuck together in the bottle. Just like regular gummies, if you store these in direct sunlight or in a place that will get warm for an extended period of time, theyâll get sticky.

Good vitamins
