Effective but intense dreams
While these were tasty and did help me stay asleep they also gave me very intense/visceral dreams each night I took them. If you tend to have active/intense dreams from time to time I wouldnât recommend these. The Alice sleep chocolate might be a better buy for you. Those have never caused that kind of a reaction.
