Great for your skin!
I am 47 and have been taking collogen for two years now. I can tell when I don’t take it for one day. I can see it in my face when I wake up in the morning. This one has is my favorite. The pills are on the large size but I still find them easy to swallow, there is no after taste and they make my skin look amazing. Highly recommend!

They feel stronger and healthier, and my skin looks a bit more hydrated and smooth. I also like that it includes Vitamin C for better absorption â definitely a bonus!The only reason Iâm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tablets are a little large and can be a bit tough to swallow. If youâre used to taking supplements though, itâs manageable. Overall, a great quality product that Iâll likely continue using!

Caused severe headaches/migraine
The tablets, although a bit large, were easy enough to swallow, leaving no after taste. The reason I rated the product a 3 is because they cause me to have headaches, basically migraines. I started by taking 1 for a couple days, then slowly increasing to recommended dose of 3 tablets but the headaches proceeded to worsen, I had to quit taking them. Unfortunately I am unable to rate the product as to whether or not it did anything for my hair, skin, etc.

I cut the pills in half and chew them. Since I get a lot of protein in my diet already, these serve mainly as a supplement for me, along with creatine and a multivitamin.(I used a spare dog nail clipper to cut the pill, not one I use on Doggie.)

Which type(s) of collagen?
Ah, the bottles themselves may neglect to say which type of collagen is contained in the enclosed tablets, but the Amazon website says in one of the bullet points: Type I/III (which is for skin, hair, and nails).Better that it says somewhere instead of nowhere. Very weird that the bottles of collagen supplement doesn’t say WHICH collagen(s).By neglecting to specify the contents of what’s inside the bottle, one might infer that at least ‘all’ of the different collagens are included. But that ain’t the case.——-Now I’ll need to find a Type II for joint lubrication. Otherwise par for the course.It’s probably a good thing that they don’t also put Type II in here. I read someplace that I/III should not be taken at the same time as Type II. Just what we need; another scheduling complication.Nice that Amazon arranged to offer a Type I/III supplement at a heavily competitive price. It would be nice if they could do the same with Type II.
