Effective at reducing a sweet tooth
After listening to a MD say that this product greatly reduced his sweet tooth, I decided to try it. I think it does work and am glad i ordered it.

These things gs took me nmby surprize. They really do work. I struggle with emotional eating and when I happen to eat a junk food, it doesn’t taste comforting. If that makes sense to anyone It just tastes bla. Been taking them for a little over 2 month. Even when I didn’t take th them,I noticed the (obvious) change in about 3 days. And you don’t crave the sweets stuff. Went to my son-s wedding and could only take a little bite of the wedding cake, it was way too sweet for me. Half a bite of a finger cookie and threw the rest out. Stuff really does work.

Product damaged within the bottle
I have ordered other products from Himalaya Herbal Supplements and I was a happy customer. I received the product yesterday and I opened it this morning. I saw that the bottle that contains 60 pills had a strong aromatic smell. The cotton keeping the pills from moving was covered in a brown powder with this aromatic smell. I can see that there is sediment at the bottom of the bottle with that same powder. So now I donât know if I should return the product and get a refund or proceed. Not having tried this product before I donât know if the aromatic smell is normal.
