I love this lip scrub! I exfoliate my face about three or four times a week, but I can’t use that exfoliator on my lips. This product fulfills what my other exfoliators do for my face and neck. I love the scent of this! It smells and tastes like some sort of sugar candy. I can really feel it working, exfoliating my lips and removing anything that dulls them or creates those horrible vertical lines that all of us over thirty eventually get. I use a special lip brush, which I’ve reviewed below, to scrub my lips, then, after rinsing, I flip the brush over and massage in a collagen gel, which also can be found here on Amazon. This, used with my bedtime beauty routine, leaves my lips soft, kissable, plump, and free of any lines at all. (I only wear lip gloss because I have permanent make up, but I know women who use this, and they say it not only prevents the vertical lines, it prevents “feathering” at the edges of their lipstick.) This is cruelty free, and, as an animal lover, I love that, and it’s made from all natural ingredients, another thing I love. It’s gentle enough for sensitive lips, and it’s vigorous enough to really exfoliate and remove all the dead skin cells. (I actually use a 0.25 derma needler on my lips three times a week; it helps the products I use work better.) In short, this is a great product! For those who want the most gorgeous lips possible, this is essential! And, this is the best lip scrub I’ve ever used! Try it! I think you’ll love it!

Great lip treatment set
Great product! Pleasantly surprised!!!I was looking for a sugar lip scrub and tried this one because it was organic and had additional oils (ordered the set with the lip treatment). So happy I tried it!! The sugar is not as granular as too make the scrub too hard, but itâs strong enough to remove all dead skin. I use it about 2x a month or more often, but not more than once a week.The lip treatment is delicious without being too sticky and leaves my lips super soft. I love to do the scrub and treatment before going to bed; the next morning I wake up with super soft lips! And I use the treatment now like a lipgloss. Will be again!

Very effective at moisturizing lips
I’ve purchased this item twice, so I do love it. It’s safe for my lips and moistens them better than most commercial products. I took off one star because they’re was a big air pocket inside the forest one when I got down a few levels. But I like it enough to deal with it. The product does last a long time for everyday use.

I absolutely love this scrub
I absolutely love this scrub! It has such a pleasant smell to it that sometimes I think it’s candy. I love the feeling of all the ‘sugar crystals’ scrubbing against my lip. It makes it feel like it’s really cleaning your lips and getting rid of dead cells. At first I didn’t understand why you would wipe your lips after scrubbing (as directed), but I guess it’s to remove the dead cells and the crystals off your lips. But surprisingly my lips still stayed soft.I have a hard time finding any type of lip treatment (like chapstick or balm) because they always dry my lips leaving it flaky and ‘peely’, so my go to has always been aquaphor which is great stuff, but doesn’t last me the whole day and when my lips dry they get chapped really bad. And then when I would reapply the aquaphor I have to peel the pieces that are chapped before it can actually make my lips feel better and soft. But not with this lip scrub!I was surprised that even after a few days that even tho I felt my lips might be dry, when I would check on them they were still soft to the touch and surprisingly no chapped lips! Which was awesome. I use this product about 2-3 times a day, and my lips feel awesome! I can even notice it turning my lips into a more natural pinkish color (I have dark pigmentation outlining my lips- and it appears to be lightening now).I would recommend tho if you purchase this scrub to also get the Hanalei Lip Treatment with it. They really go hand in hand and are recommended products for one another. You use the lip treatment after the scrub and it really just takes it up a level. The treatment will give you that feeling like there’s something on your lips doing its job. The scrub itself is great, but together they are the perfect combo!

Does the jobs and leaves lips feeling like feathers
Iâve been using this for about three days, every time I take a shower. This product combined with the lip treatment lip balm in their sand color works wonders for my dry winter lips.When I first tried this product I was worried it wouldnât work because after rubbing it on my lips the crystals dissolve pretty fast. After they dissolve they leave a slightly oily residue (i believe this is why my lips feel moisturized).Day one: it made my lips feel softer and more moisturized but my lips were still peeling and had a good amount of dead skin.Day two: there was less dead skin but my lips were still peeling.Day three: my lips are smooth as hell and there is no dead skin left.Itâs a plus that it smells yummy and tastes like oily sugar. Not too good to were you want to eat it but not disgusting when it gets in your mouth.

Not as effective as I’d hoped. Really hard to get out of the tube.
A little disappointed. I saw this brand while watching a reality show. The scrub is okay. Not a bad taste. But it doesn’t exfoliate the dead skin cells as much as a different brand that I used to buy. I was holding the most hope for the cream for the lips. It coats thickly, but it’s REALLY hard to get out of the tube. I have to run the tube under hot water and still have to really squeeze it to come out. It softens a little, but not as much as I’d hoped. You have to put it on several times a day and isn’t much better than some of the chapstick ones which are MUCH cheaper.
