Massage 1 pump into smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest, once or twice daily. Rotate applications to these areas. Premenopausal women, use 14 days prior to the first day of menstruation, discontinue and repeat. Menopausal women, use for 21 days, discontinue for 7 days and repeat. This USP bioidentical progesterone cream works! I can sleep again and be nice
This is confirmed USP grade bioidentical progesterone! Lab and quality tested. This has helped me soooo much in my luteal phase with my mood, anxiety, and sleep. I have symptoms of estrogen dominance – causing symptoms during my luteal phase.This last cycle it seemed worse than before! Breastfeeding tenderness/soreness (holy cow), irritability, anxiety, and sleep problems. Too early to tell
So need this type of product at this stage in my life but haven’t been on long enough to tell if really elsoeking or not. I psych my self out using it so maybe will help. The directions were confusing by saying put in smooth skin. To my knowledge all my skin is smooth. I think it should say based on similar products sensitive areas. Anyways it is a thick cream. It is very white as it is applied. It does absorb and quickly and doesn’t leave any oily feeling. Just keep rubbing. It’s a lot of cream but you can do it. I’m sensitive to smells so I ordered unscented. Unscented die not mean no scented. It just means nothing artificially added. It has a natural cinnamon fall smell. One of the only scents I can manage so I find it very pleasant and find myself occasionally sniffing my arm like a nice perfume after application. It is not overpowering. Once it’s in and dried I don’t go around looking for the cinnamon brooms. It unnoticeable. I have sensitive skin. Personally I have not developed a rash which is nice. So I’ll keep trying to build up. It takes awhile I read to see any noticable effects.

A good progesterone cream
I have used a variety of progesterone creams and oils over the years. This one is a good value and works fine. The pump functions well. The cream smells like lemongrass, and the scent is light and fades as the cream dries. The only thing that could be better is the same thing that bothers me about most of these creams: Each dose is a fairly large amount of pretty wet lotion to spread over your body. It requires a large area of skin and takes a couple minutes to dry. This is why I prefer oil, but there arenât many good progesterone oils available since my favorite one was discontinued. Iâm very sad about that, but for now I am alternating using this cream with an oral oil that absorbs through the mouth tissues but tastes bad. Alternating the two is working out OK. It would be hard to use this twice a day without rubbing it on the same areas of skin everyday since it requires such a large area to spread it over, and it would be hard to use the oral oil twice a day because of the taste. So, I use this cream in the morning and the oral stuff at night as a compromise.

Ingenious Dispenser & why didn’t I know about this 10 yrs. ago?!
I began this administration at the beginning of Jan. 2016 and waited until now to respond as I didn’t know what to expect. After much research about other brands, I decided on this one against some very comparable and high-quality brands. Source Naturals was a major contender before choosing this one. NOW one my vote then because it was confirmed GF (I’m Celiac and can’t take a chance). I am very happy with this product. It has done exactly what it’s intended for. WHY DIDN’T I FIND THIS 10 YEARS AGO??!! It’s hands-down the best over synthetic, prescribed progesterone, etc. cr** from the medical community. I truly wish I would have known about it sooner. It could have made a huge difference in many areas. My medical doctor has taken the information and was happy with my results. I am one that has not stopped using it (administer every day) regardless of most reports to stop during certain days throughout the month. My doctor found no problem with that, especially for those who already consistently (every day – every day – every day) use synthetic options for regulation purposes.CAUTION: Inquire with your PCP/physician. Everyone should do their own research regarding anything about this type of product i.e., proper dosage, usage, application, frequency and anything remotely reported about side effects. Every woman is different. Read up!I also sincerely THANK and appreciate Now brands for making this ingenious dispenser! There is absolutely NO waste from this product and it dispenses exactly the amount necessary; I ripped apart a completed bottle to check it out). The dispenser is also recyclable!! I’ve read reports where the pump doesn’t always work which didn’t deter me. Not all things are made perfect. As long as you don’t use more than 1 full pump, you should be fine. Otherwise, decide on how to dispense upon doing some more research or call the company and inquire.

Life saver. I am in my menopause and this cream has helped me like anything. It takes care of night sleep, night sweats, anxiety and feeling grounded. It has really helped me in my exercise adding to my strength and mobility and am now able to peacefully do my two strength trainings a week, one low intensity interval training and yoga. Earlier I for more than year I had to give up interval training and was not able to regularly do my strength training. Even mood swings are under control.
