Although I need more than the minimum amount, this product helps me sleep when everything else didnât. It takes a while to kick off but really helps. Thereâs no hangover and no discernible side effects. Highly recommended. Alttle pricey.

I think these work and seem to be doing a good job. Put them on your tongue and they dissolve and then swallow. Doesnât hit the stomach to mix in with other foods.

My video says it best but I really liked this brand. Iâve tried many brands of melatonin, having to carry jars of gummies and pills with me on trips but I much prefer this small compact pack with individually wrapped dissolvable strips. Theyâre easy to carry and consume. Also about a months supply with 30 in a pack. Good ingredients and the value is good too! Donât be afraid to try 2 at once for an even more restful sleep. 🙂
