Long lasting
Lasts a long time! I got as a gift and was surprised how long the stock lasted, 5-6months! Goes on easily and protects well with a low intensity odor and none of the weird feeling the “other” deoderanta have. Goes on clean and keeps me smelling clean.

Best deodorant I have ever used!
Best deodorant natural or chemical I have ever used. I used to used antiperspirant but honestly would still sweat and smell. Start using deodorant and trying to find one that would deoderize was a challenge. I tried Schmidt’s, the only one that seemed to kinda work was the charcoal one but the baking soda in it was irritating, I tried the Crystal one but as soon as you sweat you start to smell. I tried Tom’s of Maine Prebiotic which I thought at the time was pretty awesome but would still end up smelly if I was sweating a lot. I started to have a hard time finding TOMs so I decided to research some new deodorants and Hume was the one I picked. I went with Amber Woods because I thought the other scent might be too flowery or too manly for my taste. Amber Woods is pretty heavy on the woodsy scent (cedarwood), but luckily it starts strong and dissipates fairly quickly. But honestly I don’t even care about the smell of the deoderant because the one thing I noticed is I don’t smell. The really test was being out at the zoo yesterday and the forecast was for cooler weather so I dressed appropriately, and lo and behold it was much warmer and sunny than it was supposed to be. I was sweating And now I am sitting here 24 hours later and there is still no noticeable odor!You do have to put it on after wash for the best results.

Seriously great product
I purchased this because my husband and I have been trying to get away from the aluminum-laden antiperspirant formulas of the products we have used all of our lives. This particular scent seems a little more “masculine” than what I was used to but I really like it over all. It isn’t a strong overpowering scent so I don’t mind wearing it. Also, even though it is really a deodorant rather than a antiperspirant it seems to help stop the sweating also. AND, a huge plus for me, I don’t break out or react adversely in any way to this formula and a lot of the “regular” antiperspirants would break me out off and on. It seems to last forever as well so it is a good bargain for the money in my book.

Threw it straight into the trash.
Iâm so bummed, because I really wanted this product to work. Iâve tried lots of natural deodorants looking for my holy grail. This is NOT it. For me, itâs the worst one Iâve tried. I know everyoneâs chemistry is different For me, the amber scent didnât smell great at first whiff, but it got so much worse once I applied it! I wasnât getting any amber scent. To me it smelled like a combination of Ben Gay ointment and A&D ointment. There was a definite menthol/medication smell that made me very self conscious, and I wasnât even out in public. It made me think of a nursing home. This is not how I want to smell, and ir just kept smelling stronger as the day went on. I woke up to that smell plus b.o. in my pits. I usually smell fine first thing in the morning. I tried the scent one more time on my wrist this morning, wanting to give it one more chance, and I just canât deal with it. I had to wash it off to get rid of the smell. On top of that, my armpits felt slightly irritated while I was wearing it, and I can normally wear any deodorant, natural or drugstore brand, without irritation.Itâs highly unusual for me to throw toiletries away. I usually try to find some way to use it, but I canât handle this stuff. Super bummed, because I had hoped this would be the one that worked for me. I feel bad that I wasted my money on this.

Good smell, bad if you sweat a lot
Works very well as far as smell goes, however as someone who workouts often sweating with this on is a huge issue as it will leave a very soapy foam on your arm pits

So far, best natural deodorant I’ve used (but broke out in a rash)
Natural Deodorants vary for each person’s body, so there are some people this brand will work for and some it may not. For me this works! I am a person that sweats a lot, in general. However this stood up to the 80% humidity of an East Coast summer so I am a fan! I’ve only had it for a week, and have been using natural deodorant for years. It has a very strong scent, it is a natural but strong musk scent which is probably the amber in it, this may not be for everyone but I like it and it works well for me. I always have to reapply deodorant but this one I have had to reapply less than any others I used before. It is CLEAR!! Not like some that say they are clear and then appear white when you start sweating. If anything changes, I will be sure to update, if possible!UPDATE: like some folks here, I experienced an itchy rash and had to heal from some hyperpigmentation due to it. I was so disappointed because this deodorant really works. Not sure what ingredient is in there that does not play well with sensitive skin but I wanted to share that because unfortunately I had to switch to a magnesium based one instead. Maybe those with less sensitive skin might fare well.

Great natural deodorant period!
As a natural deodorant user for 25 years, I can tell you this is probably the best if not, one of the best I have ever used. Great scents nothing overpowering. Works effectively. I am happy with all of the ingredients used. give it a try you wonât be sorry.

I looove the smellâ¦
But thatâs about all. It lasts quite awhile which would be great if you wanted to continue to use it. Or does dry quickly and doesnât stain clothing which is a huge plus. But, as a natural deodorant connoisseur it didnât hold up as well as Iâd hoped. It might be because it is the gel version and I feel like those never work as well. If they offer a non gel version Iâd try it again, but itâs not even gone yet and Iâm already on to the next brand.
