Go down easily. I buy these because I am allergic to all fish: fin, shell, crustaceans, fresh water, seawater. But the high dose is giving me the runs, I will switch to the minis for my next purchase.

Easy to Swallow!
These are the perfect size! Theyâre easy to swallow with minimal effort. Iâve been taking them for a few weeks now, and I feel like Iâve been able to sleep better, focus better, and I actually FEEL better! These have found themselves a permanent place in my daily routine!

Great to transition to from Fish Oil
Was looking for a vegan/vegetarian blend to get off the fish oil after learning how that process works…Glad to find an alternative!! I value my omegas and these are great!No more fish taste – fish burps no more! A little pricey to what is available elsewhere veg like

Good quality
We have been using this Vegan DHA/EPA for a very long time. I had my blood levels checked and they are excellent. We eat a mostly vegan diet so it is harder to get the right amount without supplementing.

Algae-based Omegas have no fishy taste
Our doctor recommended this brand, knowing our aversion to fishy tasting Omega-3s and the flavors used to cover the fish. Like all Omega-3s, they seem rather pricey. We still prefer Iwi’s product to other Omega-3 options.

A great alternative to the conventional method of taking omega 3s
These have everything I was looking for, good quality, sustainable, an option that allows you to choose an eco-friendly packaging on re-purchase, AND the company also uses renewable energy to make their product. I highly recommend these omegas! After watching the documentary, Seaspiracy on Netflix, I decided to forgo anything fish, given the horrendous destruction commercial fishing does to our oceans. These algae capsules are superb and I donât miss the ones coming from fish. I take them regularly as well as my dog. He recently developed environmental allergies and was scratching non-stop all day. Vet said that omega 3s would make a difference since they are anti-inflammatory and sure enough once he was on these, his scratching subsided substantially! Thank you for making such a good all around product iwi, Iâm very happy with it!
