i noticed a difference in my menstruation
i am a big herbalist and will try herbs to help with minor problems if it isn’t something that i feel needs to be checked out by a doctor or i have already gotten check out, do your homework with this product see if the purpose of it will suit your need, it definitely want hurt to try it if you not allergic or it will interfere with medications that you currently take i recommend reading up on this product before taking it so that you will know pros and cons of taking it

I use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.Herbal Goodness Flow SecurePROS:In an amber glass bottleMade in USA, and it’s on the label.CONS:Plants used are not organically grown.$24.95 for 24 servings is $1.04 per serving. That’s a LOT especially considering my next point.Product gives NO mg per ml, NO herb to menstruum ratio – there could be 1 leaf of each of the 3 herbs used to make this extract, there could be 500. There is absolutely NO information regarding the strength.Uses a blend. The use of blends, or complexes, hides the amount of each individual ingredient. Not that this product gives ANY amounts. The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer – I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn’t, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.

I don’t feel any difference consuming these.
I was skeptical about this and unfortunately didn’t change my perception as well. I was in periods when I got these and after consuming during those days, I did not feel any difference at all. These are expensive as well. I would not recommend these.
