Helpful and pretty tasty
I love how easy gummy vitamins are to take and these seem like a good product. They do have a little bit of a strange smell that can affect the taste at first but they are actually pretty tasty overall. No aftertaste or anything and I appreciate that they are vegetarian. It can be hard to find Omega vitamins that don’t involve fish oil, and as a vegetarian it’s one of the things that’s not always easy to get through diet so I was happy to find these.

Great taste and decreased joint pain
I have taken these gummies for a month now and I can say that my joint pain has decreased quite a bit. I have actually only been taking half a dose, as well, because I use hemp seed to get omegas as well and didnât want to get too much. I used to have joint pain in my knees even just being sedentary, and I would get random bone pains throughout the week for no reason as well. I didnât notice much at first when taking this product, but I kept at it and here I am a month later, having also been exercising 5 days a week this month, and I realized my joint pain had decreased significantly! Itâs something you donât notice until itâs gone. Iâm very pleased with this product and it tastes so great! Itâs like a little afternoon treat for me. Very, very pleased overall. I do wish that they would go ahead and include 30 days worth instead of 20, just makes sense to have a full month supply, but itâs not a big deal.

The flavor of these omega gummies is so good! I look forward to taking them everyday. I was told omega is good for the body and I was kinda hesitant to take them because of fishy taste, but I donât notice any of that with these. Oh and theyâre vegan! Totally worth a try, Iâm on my fifth bottle.. if you need to take Omega and hate the fishy fish oil pills (taste) and the burp ugh.. try these, pop 3 each day and enjoy the lemon / orange flavor.. plus get those benefits of the omega for your body.

Yummy in my tummy
At first i was skeptical taking gummy vitamins. Would it taste like candy or taste like cough syrup? Or will I just take it once and forget about it. Well, if you are like me who always forget to take their vitamins everyday, then this product is for you. This product is super easy to take. I always look forward to taking my vitamins everyday. The gummy thankfully does not taste like cough syrup. It kind of taste like candy, which can get dangerous because you might want to take more than the suggested. Luckily, I have self-control. I would definitely, purchase this again when I finish my bottle.

Amazing for hormone balancing
This is helping to balance my hormones since I got off of hormonal birth control. I was reading that omega3 and 6 can help with cystic hormonal acne and since taking these, any cystic acne spots I had have just deflated, it was like magic. I had three painful spots starting to form on my chin and they never even came to the surface, they just deflated and went away after about 4 or 5 days. The omegas seem to be really helping with inflammation. These taste great, have no fishy aftertaste, and I have zero negative side effects. Will 100% continue purchasing and taking these.

Taste delicious! But I had a bad health effect
These are truly tasty! And if they donât make you feel bad, I think theyâre great! But I started noticing my veins felt weird after taking these. They didnât feel weird at first but now, every time I take them, my veins feel painful. I stop taking them for a bit and my veins are fine. Then I take them again, they hurt again
