Very effective but experienced grogginess
Talk about effective! I took a Unisom tablet before I wound down for an evening and I felt it kick in within 15 minutes. I knocked out and didn’t wake up until the next morning, albeit, it was a bit difficult to wake up even with alarms. This left me extremely groggy for the whole day. I couldnt concentrate or focus. Coffee didnt help. I couldn’t wait to go back to bed that evening to sleep off the sleep aid.I’ll try to take it again – maybe at an earlier hour – and see if I still experience that grogginess the next morning.

Best for the pregnancy sleep issues, all the leg cramps and insomnia. Love this product.

Works well but groggy the next day
It’s Definitely a good sleep aid that works well! But even after only taking half a pill I still felt pretty groggy the next day and had trouble waking up. I think it’s different for each person. Some people don’t feel groggy. I would imagine that the grogginess would decline if you were to keep taking it and your body might get more used to it but im not sure. Definitely good to take if you don’t have to work the next day.

Work super good, but will feel tired the next morning
These pills are the only thing that knocks me out within 20 minutes. They work super well, but I would say the only thing I really donât like about it is that you will feel groggy the next morning. Iâve had to drink 3 cups of coffee and I feel like the grogginess doesnât go away. Once I even had an energy drink, and I still felt the grogginess. So I started taking half the pill and it works better where I donât feel the symptoms the next morning. I ended up sleeping 16 hours by taking the whole pill so if you are planning on taking the whole pill make sure you take it on a day where you might not have any plans the next morning or have to wake up early for it. But Iâm sure if you take half youâll be fine or less than half.

Lifesaver during pregnancy⦠but only start with half! They are strong! Will help sleep and nausea!!
