These are good, bottle was sealed, they smelled fine, but are large…ish
These appear to be very similar to the store brand from the drug store I normally have gotten them at. These cost about half as much and have the exact same amounts of vitamins/minerals. I have taken them for over a week without any tummy problems. The bottle was sealed, they smelled fine (like a vitamin). My only caution, as with most of these types of Multi-Vitamins, they can be somewhat large and hard to swallow for some people. For those people,I recommend gummies, chewables, or just the smaller sized one-a-day 100% of RDA type which are often the size of an aspirin or smaller.

Some say take a vitamin, so say don’t take a vitamin. I do. They’re tasteless and easy to swallow. My diet is lacking proper food ,so I take a vitamin.
