Decent taste, like that they melt.
The chewable multi vitamins I used to take were discontinued at Trader Joeâs. Tried the gummyâs but in our heat wave, they melted into a lump and they tasted terrible. After bariatric surgery we have to use chewableâs because our bodies canât break down whole pills. These are perfect for our needs.

Best vitamin
This is a perfect vitamin for a bariatric patient or a prenatal patient. This is an easy-chew tablet, and believe it or not, it actually tastes great. I subscribed for monthly delivery and Iâll never have to worry about vitamins again!

They changed the pill
I do not like these new pills at all. Iâve been buying these vitamins for years and loved that they were small, dissolved fast and tasted good. These new ones are big, taste like chalk and take forever to dissolve. They changed more than the packaging.

Bari gastric sleeve patient review
Just had the surgery on June 16th and these are relatively easy to ingest. They do melt away with a couple bites, unless you want to leave it in your mouth to melt completely but I’m not sure how long that would take.It does have the kinda slightly chalkiness of a vitamin, a bit better than a tums. Pretty smooth though, just… really sweet. Not sure why it needs to be so sweet! It uses monk fruit extract for sweetness, kind of has a mixed berry taste. One thing, it takes two tablets for a serving size, so although I thought this would last two months, one bottle will last one month if taken daily.All in all, if you’re having trouble taking vitamins, if your Achille’s heel was sweets (mine was salty food) you will like this little bit of sweetness you get to have in the day. It is similar to a sweet tart but not tart at all. I haven’t noticed any tummy upsetness with it taking it with either water or a protein shake or on an empty stomach.

Not as good as I expected.
I bought the multivitamin because my surgeon had prescribed the brand infusion. It gave me severe constipation. I decided on the brand because it didn’t have the iron in it. They do not dissolve as quickly or fully like some say. I don’t like the taste. They are not sweet like some say. On the up side they don’t cause the constipation and I feel I’m getting what I need.
