Great for curls
This smells so tropical and good! Itâs on the thicker side so you donât need a lot. It holds well for thin curly hair. Itâs easy to use. I wouldnât say it makes your hair shine or softer, but it appears to hold curls well. Donât add a ton otherwise youâll get flakes. Overall, love this product and I will purchase more

Pros and Cons of Miche hair gel
Pros: When hair is clean it curls to perfections. I get at least 3 days of curl pattern without having to re-apply. I love the smell. Great productCons: Jar is pretty small. Extremely expensive for the small jar. I go thru 1 jar in 1 month.

This gel is no joke but the way you apply it matters!
I wanted to share two methods I used with this gel. The first method I used was on wet hair only rung out in the shower. I applied by sections and brushed it through. It definitely did seal up the water and left no frizz and locked up my curls in its exact pattern with shine but the crunchiness it left when it dried was a big no for me. There was no softness and I didnât like that. So what I did in the second method was on wet hair in the shower, I rung out my hair only and then I applied a leave in conditioner and then I took the gel and emulsified first (rubbing it in my hands and then just finger combing it through my hair). Method 2 did the trick for me. I styled my hair in the part that I wanted and then I finished it off with a good hair oil and it was nice and soft when it dried. So for anyone that got that stiffness I totally understand. Pics I provided was the first method straight out the shower before it dried and then the 2nd one is the day after method 2 where you can see the curls looking soft and still in place and that is due to the gel. It is very light weight and you really donât need a lot so I think for the price point it will last awhile. Took a star off because you definitely canât use this as a stand alone product.

Pleased with purchase
Love the curl definition that this product gives. I was very pleased to see the results. The casting is hard and crunchy but has a nice shine. I will purchase again. It does take a while to ship so order ahead of running out.

Worth every penny
I would purchase this 100 times over. Never in my natural hair life (12 years) have I ever had frizz free curls for 7 days! On day 2 my hair would be frizzy. This was the only product I used so itâs worth the price. This is my forever gel from here on out. My curls were a little crunchy but thatâs what I need to fight the frizz.

Worked for looser textured front not course back
I was excited to purchase it item but only had favorable results for the front of my hair. My front is looser so the curls were great. My middle and back are a tighter, more course texture and it defined them but lasted teo days.

Listen, for those of you who are saying that the product causes flakes. You must be using a different product on top of this one. This is a one stop shop product. You only need water and the product itself. Iâve never experienced flakes and I have 4b/4C hair. This products works amazing on my 4b/4C hair. Is it expensive? Yes, is it worth it? Yes. The product can last for about a month and change. I wash my hair every week. Another thing, if you want your hair to last, of course itâs gonna have a bit of a cast on it, but you also can use more water if you donât want a stronghold. There really is a technique when applying products on your hair. You donât need a lot of product to have great results. I have heat damage so I do a braid out and I sit under the dryer and my hair last for seven days. This includes going to the gym three times a week. I would love if they could have this product in travel size, so I can put it in my carry-on.

Miche hair gel leaves 4C hair stiff, white cast next day and gunky
I bought this product because I saw it advertised on Facebook.It is not for my 4C hair type.It smells good and helpful for sculpt ing curls but after drying, my hair was hard -like old school*dippity do* product results. I think it’s more of a mixed chicks hair product appreciation. I don’t recommend this for 4C types unless you have someone you can pass it on too if your results are unsatisfactory. But if it works for you, may you enjoy the product.
