Edit: 2022 I’m ordering my 5th bottle. My blood numbers continue to be good with this product.In 2010 I found out that my D3 blood test results were very low, and after multiple attempts with prescription D3, I finally stabilized in late 2012. I started taking 2000 IU daily and gradually moved up to 5000 IU. In 2017, my doctor told me not to skimp, so I boosted my dose to 10,000 a day. Finding an actual 10,000 IU pill is much easier now, however, the size can be an issue. I came across this brand and these pills are SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER than other companies I have tried – even pills at lower doses! I can also report that this product has continued to raise my 25-hydroxy blood test results, still in the normal range of 30.0-100.0, per my doctor.These softgels do tend to stick, but it’s nothing that a shake of the bottle can’t resolve and honestly, I’ve never come across a softgel pill that doesn’t stick.At this point, I intend to repeat the transaction when it is time to restock.
