Best gel on the market!
This Gillette Labs Rapid Foaming Shaving Gel for Men, Alcohol, Dye and Paraben-Free with Vitamin B3 and Sea Kelp is great! It only takes a small dab to lather-up for a great shave. Fresh smell and feels good on the face. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered it and I will use it as long as I can get it!

Everyone else must have damaged product
Day 1: seems to work fine. It doesnât smell like vegetables like people say. It smells like cedar and orange peels like the can says. The fragrance is subtle but very pleasant I almost want it to be stronger ALMOST. I feel like they probably got the right balance. I use a brush and when I lathered this onto my face it was thick. This feels thicker than other cheaper shaving gels I have tried. It feels robust. I know this isnât shaving soap(havenât had the luxury of trying some yet). However the thickness of the gel on your face actually feels nicer tbh even for my sensitive skin. The gel feels cool and this DOES have MENTHOL. Itâs stronger than the cheaper gel I had purchased(edge sensitive skin). Invigorating! There is no color dyes in this gel! I LOVE that! Why put extra chemicals on your face for no reason? Why does my gel have to be a cool color. Colorless is wonderful. Itâs an expensive shave gel but at this point Iâm thinking itâs worth it. I will update the review if something goes wrong with this product. I did see everyone saying theirs arrived damaged and the button didnât work or they only got a handful of shaves out of the can. These are things that I will monitor and report back on. Iâm noticing that the way my item was packed in the box the can could have become damaged. Youâd think they would use bubble wrap or something around the can to brace it in the box. But they just balled up thick paper. This might be why some reviews are saying the can is arriving damaged. As for the button on top. It feels different than a normal shave gel can. Not bad. Itâs a twist lock top can and the button is small and soft underneath the rubber finger grip ontop of the can. But I think itâs kinda cool honestly provided the button doesnât stop working before the gel runs out. But for me I feel like so far I got the product as advertised. A little pricey but a little gel should go a long way. And my skin honestly felt less irritated than with my previous shave gel. Updates coming!

10yr going without a can shave cream.
I have not used a can shave cream/gel in 10yr+. I am a wet shaver meaning a shave bush and shave soaps or creams. This had some reviews by wet shavers so thought I would try it. The scent was nice it is a thick gel and alittle go’s a long way a dime size is all u should need for 3 days worth of growth. It foamed up quick was slick it did a good job. I used a leaf thron razor which uses DE blades snapped in half. The blade was a lord, the thron is a little more aggressive then the twig razor 2 passes made for a BBS shave.

Soothing forming gel.
Really nice feel on shaving, I don’t have a heavy beard, but I have tried this on both a safety razor and the gillette Labs blades. Goes on nice, has a nice sent, and gave a smooth shave. I would recommend using this more for cartridge blades vs the double or single edge blade. It works really well with a multi-blade cartridge, and will work in a pitch on a safety razor.
