Works REALLY WELL. Pure encapsulations is a legitimate brand.
Iâm really not the type of person to write a review but Iâve been using this supplement for 3 days. Tonight when I go to sleep will make 4. The first day; it worked well but I could tell it wasnât as effective as it could possibly be. The second day was a lot more effective in keeping me asleep and I even woke up 5 minutes before my earliest alarm with no fog, no confusion and no anxiety which are all fairly common for me after the jolt of the sound of my alarm every morning. Yesterday I woke up and this is not an exaggeration when I sayâ¦. It was 20 minutes early. No broken sleep, no tiredness⦠just me wide awake and ready to go at 4:30 in the morning after going to sleep at 9pm. Today was a whole different monster and Iâm considering using the product a little less because itâs starting to work too well for me. I woke up at 4am on the dot this morning after going to sleep at 9:15 last night. Again I feel no sense of fog or confusion, tiredness is something I am seeing less and less throughout my day as well because of a good nights sleep.

Wrong item sent
I typically like this item. I’ve been using it for quite awhile & it works very well.Unfortunately the wrong item was sent. They sent Curcimin instead, which I don’t want & won’t use.Not sure what to do.

Dependable without any morning grogginess
This is a great product that safely and reliably promotes restfulness prior to bedtime. It has all the ingredients of NuSkinâs product (named NightTime) and then some. Given the choice, I would chose this product hands-down.

Did not help with sleep
I ordered this for my husband. He keeps waking up in the middle of the night and not able to go back to sleep. This didnât make any difference.

Works amazing for sleep if you can handle the smell
This is one of the few sleep supplements that works, but the smell will probably make you gag. Sometimes I dread taking them, despite knowing theyâll allow me to sleep deeper, simply because of the stench. I hope in the future they can formulate a variation that at least covers the odor to make them palatable. I really like these because they donât make me feel groggy upon waking up.
