So glad that Rainbow Light is making gummy Vitamin D again. Have tried so many different brands and version (gummy and tablet). This is the only one that I like the taste of. The others I forced myself to take due to my Vitamin D deficiency.

Some yummy gummies that get you your Vitamin D!
My doctor told me I was on the low side of the Vitamin D scale. Too much time surfing on Amazon, I suppose. So he sent me off to take some Vitamin D supplements. I hate horse pills, so I went for the gummy route, and these were pretty highly rated, so I decided to try them out.I’m taking them daily and I’m now on my third bottle. They’re by far the best gummy vitamin I’ve had, and the caloric content isn’t terrible (most calcium gummies have over 2x the sugar of these). If you’re like me and hate horse pills, and also want to avoid adding too many calories just so you don’t have to take huge pills, this is the route to go.Note that one gummy (1000 IU) is more than your recommended daily value of Vitamin D, and it’s a fat soluble vitamin (you can’t just pee it out like if you get too much Vitamin C), so make sure you’re consulting with your doctor before starting on a regular regimen of these, ok?

Yummy way to get extra Vitamin D (no more big tablets for me)
I’ve tried just about every type of vitamin D tablet (I take for vitamin D deficiency with thin bones…not just for kicks), and this the best formulation so far, so I’ve now ordered several times. Yummy, 1000 in 1 chewable drop, tastes nice (no aftertaste). Stays soft for the time to take one on a daily basis, but will get hard if not used for months (found a bottle I’d misplaced, and they were barely chewable then). I tried the raspberry ones too of same company (as I like raspberries), but they don’t taste great to me. Much prefer the lemon ones.

It has changed! (bovine gelatin -> pectin)
The listed product is there older version of this gummy which was made of bovine gelatin, and the texture was incredibly good. However the product that they now sent to me is maybe their new version made with pectin, which I know is preferred by some. But this completely changes the texture of the gummy from very chewy to not at all. So please pay attention when you order now if you are looking for the nice chewy gummy texture!

Good flavor, one per day does the trick
Great flavor (tolerable for grownups as well as kids), and I like that it’s a high enough dosage that kids only need to take one per day. I live in the Pacific Northwest where we don’t get a ton of sunlight for much of the winter, so I like to give the kids an extra dose of vitamin D during the darker months and cold season. This does the trick, and I feel like I’m not giving them garbage covered in sugar. High quality product, as usual from Rainbow Light.

Great Vitamin D
I’ve been using these periodically over several years. Since they are gummy they absorb into the body easily. My D levels have been good after taking them. The biggest problem is they taste so good that you want to eat them as candy. The last container I had the taste was a bit sour, but that’s not normal.
