I purchased this steamer 8 months ago and it stopped working after 6 months. I would like a replacement or a refund. 200 dollars for a product that only last a short time is ridiculous.

Iâve had so many steamers and this one is by far my favorite. The wheels are so smooth, the steam is strong, the arm moves easily and without noise. And I like the black design.

Wanted to love.
It is literally impossible to contact the vendor. I have only owned this for three months and it smells of plastic and the top aromatherapy portal is breaking. In addition, the atomizer/steamer on the top is cracking.Out of all the issues, the burning smell is the worst.

Two Strikes
This is my SECOND KINGSTEAM Steamer in under a year to have the same defect! A strong plastic burning smell from the inside of the heating element on the hot steam side. The steamer was literally smoking from bad wiring. Iâm very upset because itâs a great steamer until you have it for about 5 months & it starts to smoke & burn out. Iâm done with this brandâ¦I thought the first one was a fluke. Two failures in a rowâ¦Iâm not going with this brand ever again.

Professional Facial Steamer
This is a very good quality professional grade facial steamer. It is on a rolling stand. It is easy to set up and use. It works very well to steam your face, opening up poors and cleaning out impurities. It uses ozone-ionic nano to steam. The rolling stand allows you to easily move it around where you need it and to roll it away to store when done. This is a good value for the function and performance of the product. I am very happy with it and I would recommend it.

Kingsteam professional facial steamer with ozone ionic hot steam comes with everything you would need to pamper and self care at home or use professionally. The set up is easy the directions are not too clear however not difficult to figure out how to use. I appreciate the ability to add essential oils if choose. Two ways to add water to the unit which makes nice to have options. The 5 claw base has wheels glide nicely. The steam nozzle can be rotated 360 degrees and lever arm can be adjusted to accommodate laying down or sitting. The steamer has 30 minute timer and auto shut off for safety. I have been using for weeks and notice a change for the better in appearance. I am beyond impressed with this professional steamer highly recommend to use personally or professionally.
