Confusing to use. Too many accidental setting switches. Still too high pressure for tonsils
The only one button that turns water on/off AND also switch between soft/normal mode. Too often, while You are trying to turn it on/off, it will accidently switch settings and blast your gums/tonsils (also half from you remembering the button combinations wrong). The lowest settings still hurt tonsils regardless. To adjust the adjusting water pressurre , you use the touch sensor along the blue lines. So often, you are trying to twist the spray to reach crevices and your palm changes the slider, blasting your gums/tonsils again. The automatic spray is awful too. There’s a lag between turning on/off spray. I really wish it was spray while you are holding the button for better control. And while you are spraying, the blue line pressure adjust is turned off. That or move all the setting controls somewhere away from the palm, with hard switches, not touch sensors.

Powerful But Short Lasting
I’m really surprised by how forcefully this shoots out the stream of water!First off, if you’ve never used one of these then I’d really recommend holding your head over a bathtub the first time. I had water bouncing off my teeth and face, gushing out of my mouth like a waterfall and onto every square millimeter of counter and mirror in front of me. So definitely do this over a bathtub until you get used to it.As I’ve mentioned, the stream of water is quite powerful. You can adjust this two different ways — 1) there is a touch mechanism where you can slide your finger up or down to adjust the strength of the blast; 2) you can double press the on/off button in quick succession to engage the “gentle” cycle. If you’ve never used water flossers, it’ll take some time for your teeth, gums, tongue — your entire mouth really — to get accustomed to the sensation. So between sliding the strength down to minimum and engaging the gentle cycle, that’s a good way of acclimating.I like how straightforward this unit is. The directions make it sound complicated but it really isn’t. Just twist off the top and fill the reservoir with water (make sure to scrub & rinse it out beforehand), remove the silicon stopper atop the unit, insert the nozzle and twist to lock it in place, then adjust the power as I described earlier and press the power button. When you’re done, you can remove the nozzle and insert it into the water reservoir while replacing the silicon stopper on top; or you can do what I do and just empty out the water and leave everything else in place. I also leave the reservoir open so it can dry out and prevent nastiness from growing.One thing I don’t like about this is the placement of the power adjustment. Like I mentioned, you adjust the power of the jet by sliding your finger up and down a strip of light on the upper half of the unit. But this is also where you inevitably hold the unit as you floss, so your fingertips are constantly changing the stream’s intensity. It’s pretty annoying. I’ve tried holding the lower half of the unit, but then the water that’ll inevitably coat it will also trigger the power adjustment.A bigger issue though is that the reservoir is relatively small. When I have it set to full power, the reservoir can only hold about 20-30 seconds worth of flossing. So I often ending up refilling the unit 2-4 times by the time I’m done. That’s something that certainly should have been addressed before finalizing the product.Nevertheless, overall this is a good strong unit for strong, healthy, and clean gums & teeth. Just be ready to make some compromises.

Ease of Use
The touch sliding power adjustment feature is genuinely impressive. According to the instruction manual, there are a total of 24 power levels. I experimented with the touch sliding setting and found that it allows for precise adjustments, enabling me to achieve the most comfortable pressure for my needs. However, I wish it came with additional tips for added versatility.One standout feature for me is the built-in nozzle storage inside the water reservoir. This is particularly convenient for someone like me who travels frequently. It eliminates the need for an extra box or bag to carry the nozzle during my journeys.The iPhone-style wireless charging adds a layer of convenience to the device’s functionality. Initially, I was concerned that the water flosser’s cylindrical shape, lacking a defined “waist” for a secure grip, might lead to slipping when used with wet hands. Surprisingly, after several instances of actual flossing, I can confidently say that this concern never materialized for me. The ergonomic design seems to provide a secure hold, making the cylindrical shape a non-issue in practice.

I never liked the water picks that plug into the wall, it creates so much visual clutter. This one works well, keeps its charge for a long time and looks nice on my bathroom countertop. I just ordered a second one for my husband.
