Goodbye Plaque!
Iâve been using these for a few months now (and enjoying xylitol mints after meals), and when I go to the dentist, theyâre shocked at how clean my teeth are- thereâs almost nothing to scrape off.Improved breath too.My teeth feel SO CLEAN!I just use 1/2 a packet at night, mostly to save $. It feels like plenty to coat my mouth & be effective.Tastes great, and reminds me of the childhood fun of a pixie stick.

Unique treat that helps your teeth
I thought these were drink mixes but you actually consume them dry from the packet. Texture is basically that of infused sugar crystals, no coloring. Flavor is so good, so the taste actually gets to be a bonus! I hate mint but this combo is just as freshening but way better than mint, imo. Your date will learn to love the Boka!

Donât really notice a benefit
Tbh Iâm on the fence about these. The taste is quite nice, theyâre convenient, and dissolve well in your mouth â but I havenât noticed much of a benefit or difference by using them. And, for the price per serving, I want more NOTICEABLE benefit, not to be questioning whether itâs doing anything or not. Maybe itâs just me – lots of people do seem to like these, but my POV is not worth the price for the potential or perceived benefit.

By taking 1 of these every night, my gut and mouth health has improved. I do not have dragon breath in the morning anymore. I have more energy in the morning than I used to.ProTip: I mix a little of the packet in with my toothpaste. Great product but got old stock
These were nearly outdated when I bought them during prime days. I have used these from BOKA, for a long time. Never have I ever had old stock from BOKA. Very disappointing. Especially since they are a pre and probiotic and old stock isnât safe or effective.OTHERWISE A VERY GOOD PRODUCT.Helps my teeth tremendously.

Prebiotic inulin powder.
The primary ingredient is inulin, which is a prebiotic. The taste is fine, maybe a slightly starchy but it dissolves quickly. Itâs just a powder that you put in your mouth. It maybe is a little bloating/gassy. Note that this isnât a food, itâs intended to help support beneficial bacteria. You can chase it down with cold water after. It comes with 30 packets. The â29 ctâ in the listing is incorrect. The packets are small, waterproof, and travel friend.
